Rude staff
The rudest staff that I have ever experienced, without question.
Good course, crappy greens
I really like the value you get playing here. It's quiet and peaceful with a fairly quick pace of play. But the greens were in horrendous shape. Some of the worst I've ever seen. Most had some spots with zero grass. A few had small craters in them like someone threw a stone the size of a raquetball into them. Other than that, the course was good.
Hoots Hollow
Good course to play on a nice day, can be challenging on windy days.
Local Favorite
Hoots is a great walking course. The price is really good. The pace is slow. The greens are usually over watered so you have have to play high ball here, no running up onto the green. It's wide open but south enough water to present a challenge. You will shoot low scores here if you can get used to how slow the greens are.
Great course for the money
Love playing Hoots. Easy to get on and usually quick to play. The layout is pretty interesting although it’s also very forgiving. My only wish is that they’d cut the greens down. After playing Hoots, if I go anywhere else I know I’m going to blast the ball by the hole. Speed up the greens and this course would be great!
Challenging layout
Nice course to play. Long par 4's, and long par 5's.
Lovin Hoots
Great Time Here! Waaaaaaay Better than the RockyDump
I LOVE COUNTRY CREEK GOLF BIG AL NICEST GUY YOUD EVER WANT TO MEET
Play all 3 Courses All the Time! Management always keep the prices very fair and not like some of the Way Over Priced KC Courses! Big Al is One of the Reasons We play Here! Super Nice Guy!!! THIS IS BOOBOO AL!
Open fairways and large greens and well maintained.
Some challenging water holes, but the sand traps were very small and didn't come into play.
Fun wide open track
Hoots Hollow has generous fairways for the most part, it is always windy, and you can count on great pricing for the 18 holes. The course however , plays to many people who are beginners and so pace of play can get slow and so be prepared for it and enjoy the day.
Excellent
The course was probably under repair two weeks ago. What an excellent course, great shape, pace of play was exceptional, weather conditions were great. Each of the holes are challenging in themselves; the greens couldn't of been better.
Hoots is worth the drive
Not many trees some water but always windy. Greens have some spots from last year but putting well.
Reasonable price always
Let the Driver eat
Wide open course so bust that driver out without fear. Greens don't break as much as they look when judging your line. Was impressed w the course conditions and the staff. If you're struggling to get your driver accurate, this is ideal to get it dialed back in while still posting an aggressive score.
Good course. Some greens have dead places. I play here often. It’s not a Creekmore, or Fred Arbanas Golf course, but nice and a good value.
Harder than it looks
Wide open with few trees, water plays a part. Big greens with subtle breakss
fine course with good pace for a holiday saturday
had an 11 am Tee time and played in 2.75 hrs... on a holiday Saturday, Best pace of play on a weekend I played three days at 3 courses...
Rough is relatively forgiving, but it's not an "easy" course.
