Great Day on the Course
My husband and I had a great round at Point Roberts. The course fairways are in rough shape due to water restrictions throughout the region but the greens were in great shape. The course was relatively quiet so we were able to play non-stop for the entire round, finishing in less than 4 hours. The temperature was perfect with a light breeze off the water. Small problem with mosquitos around holes 8&9 but otherwise a great day.
Its been a while
Hadn't played Pt Roberts for a few years but could pass up the deal on GolfNow. Course was near empty early morning so lots of time to play/practice. They let the fairways dry out so lots of run but the greens and aprons were good (but they could have rolled or cut the greens but didn't that day) and tees were OK, some pretty sparse and rough. Overall quite good and very playable.
Excellent value!
It was a great course for a value and challenge. We enjoyed it immensely. Great for intermediate golfers!
Enjoyable walk with great potential!
Beautiful course with lots of potential. Good range of challenge and a beautiful setting.
Great course really dry right now. Recommend early or late season play.
Hard to rate the course play because my play was the issue not the course.I played terrible.
Greens are in great condition. Fairway close to the greens soft and great condition.
Most of fairway tee to just short of the greens is dry and patchy. Hard to make clean contact. Can't control roll out so good shots can end up in trouble.
With a little water on the fairways would be an amazing course.
It could be a good course.
Way over priced for the condition. They have water problems. Fairways are brown and rock hard, the greens are soft, very slow and very bumpy. They only have enough water for the greens I guess. They can't control the weather to fill their irrigation ponds but they can control their prices. We paid $120 US for two. It would be fair to say it was worth half that.
Incredible for the price paid
Well I had a great first experience at the Point Bob course, granted I paid a ridiculously cheap price which helped. Some of the fairways were starting to go brown and with it being such a hot summer, I can imagine this course looking rough in July. But challenging holes with tough bunker/water hazards made the round a great round. I am really excited to come back and play this course again but not too sure if I would play it with a regular green fee.
Another Eagle at Point Roberts!
It had been a while since playing here. It was great to get back as he course is fun and challenging. Once again an eagle dropped down on my ball in the fairway and left it for me to hit it again once I got up to him. This time he flew onto the green and waited for my next shot and stood ontop of my ball again!!! This was the third time at Point Roberts on that same hole that an eagle has tried to take my ball. It will surely be the only type of eagle that I shall ever be able to claim on a course!
Nice course, needs a little TLC
My wife and I played the course Sunday at 2pm, round went fairly quickly 4:15. The course itself was very nice and mature for sure. The tee boxes were a little rough on several holes and there was some damage on a few of the greens for sure that could use some work. The course is very challenging when you leave the fairway, but fun to play. We enjoyed it and will be back for sure. Great Value!
Sandy h
Beautiful location with bald eagles flying overhead and deer on course. Course in good shape for early season and staff wonderful- always very helpful
This course is in a nice area
This course has a nice layout and is a quiet course in a nice area. The greens need punching and the course needs sanding .

Great value for the money
My golf partner and I were pleasantly surprised at the good condition of the golf course considering the time of year. Relatively dry fairways and the greens were excellent. All this and discounted green fees of $12.50 each.
Winter golf
Anybody who played here over the summer knows that the course suffered dramatically from the dry weather. But with all the rain we have had the course is coming back nicely. There are still some patchy areas both in the fairways and on the greens but the improvement is remarkable. As a bonus this is one of the better draining courses in the area so you don't have to worry about balls plugging or any of that other nonsense we have to deal with this time of year.
Great condition for this time of year.
This course was in Great shape for this time of year. The greens were much faster than I expected them to be considering all the rain we'd had recently. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was excellent. The best part was the free use of a massage chair after the round. Only minor hassle is the border lines on the weekends so best to play during the week. A definite bargain through GolfNow.
Great value and pace of play
Really nice course layout and plays well considering all the rain lately. Will definitely go there again soon.
Winter Golf
Point Roberts G. C. Is one of the best winter courses in the Vancouver area. Drains well and the greens are always in good shape
Nice place to have a golf round
Nice fairways, very challenged greens, quiet place close to the ocean make you so relax, maybe that's why I had my best round for this year even with the wind 50-70 k.
Best Course in Lower Mainland !
Great layout,
Errant shots will be punished and you must read greens thoroughly.
You need to know manage your game, play conservatively or play aggressively.
Fun course for everyone.
