Osprey Point Golf Club - Hawk/Falcon Course
About
Located in South County Regional Park, Osprey Point Golf Club offers the first course in Florida to be designated as an Audubon International Classic Signature Golf Course. You would never be able to tell from looking at it now, but the site was farmland before it was used for shellrock mining and then abandoned. The landscape had been overgrown but the Parks and Rec Department of Palm Beach County transformed it into a lush and scenic course. The golf course is a 27-hole layout that can be played in three different 18-hole combinations. All of the tees, greens, and fairways feature environmentally friendly Seashore Paspalum. The Hawk/Falcom combination has a gently rolling landscape enhanced with native vegetation. The elevation changes are subtle but they still provide a few tricky lies.

Excellent Course Conditions
This course is worth every penny you pay to play. Tees & greens are in great shape. Overall this place is fantastic.
Osprey Point Golf Course review
This was the 1st time I played Osprey. Overall a very good experience. I have already booked a return trip!
- staff very friendly & helpful
- course in excellent shape. Many I have played over past two weeks are dried out with bare spots in fairways and greens, not Osprey.
- pace of play good, just over 4 hours
- practice facilities very good
- check in quick & efficient
- Plenty of parking
A must to play.
One of the nices courses I’ve had a chance to play. Totally enjoyed my self and the course. Just do it!
Pleasure to play!
First time playing here. Top notch staff, and to the guys that maintain the course, great job! Beautiful setting and course layout. One of the best municipal courses I have played. Tee blocks, fairways, greens and bunkers all in excellent condition even with the amount of traffic that the course would have this time of year.
To all the “white hairs “ that play the game…. (I am one). Remember, you are not renting the whole course. Try to stay out of bushes and the ponds with your telescopic ball pickers. Think about your next shot before you get to ball. It’s not up to the rangers to enforce the pace of play, it’s up to you. And for heavens sakes, fix your ball marks on the greens. Help the guys out that are doing a fantastic job maintaining this beautiful golf course.
To management…. Your golf club is beautiful, top notch staffing, practice facilities and course condition are excellent. After all, you are an NCAA division one practice facility. See if you can find it in your heart or your budget to buy new range balls. I’m sure it would help these kids out as they try to fulfill there dream of making it to the next level. To all the staff at osprey, great job!!
