Outstanding conditions for a public golf course, the staff I will match with the private sector. The pros are friendly and always available, the sign is very professional and quick. Great practice area, just added mated tee's this past week, putting green is great...<br/> I play this course at least 3 to 4 times a week and the conditions are always great, the effort of the club to keep this course in the greatest condition, at that is a challenge when you think it is open 7 days a week, and closed only for Christmas.. The hole placements are always moved so your skill shots are challenged, and being a links course you have to take in the hills, and rolls... Four tee boxes, so no matter your skill there is one that will fit you.. I feel fortunate to have a public course so well taken care of and challenging.......Robert W...

First time playing

Played on a Monday afternoon at four. Decent traffic but pace moved nicely. Links style course fit well in the west TX landscape. Maybe a dozen trees total on the course but if you missed the fairway you did not have a level shot. Instead of Scottish gorse they have West Texas scrub - 6 of one equals a have dozen of the other. Greens were fair and in good shape. I'll look forward to playing this course again when I'm in the Midland / Odessa area.
