Save your time and money.
The only thing missing in this pasture was the cows.
This course is old.
Good course for beginners. Was never rushed and we're able to tee off early. Course was in terrible shape but I guess that's what you get for a $40 course. Tee boxes were terrible, most fairways were decent but the greens had Hugh patches of dead grass.
Holly Ridge Revew
The course was short and tight. Many greens need worked on. They where very slow. It appeared that they may have irrigated. A good course for a beginner.
Fun course
Fairways are narrow so if you can hit it straight you can score low. Greens are fair but not difficult to read. If you don't know the course the water hazards can be a problem.
Not impressed
The golf cart would start and stop when driving. There was crabgrass on the tee boxes. The greens has clover in spots and dirt in other spots. At $60 I would like to have seen better. I will not return
Don't waste your money unless 25 dollars or less
Don't bother with this one folks. The worst course ever I played and for the money, it just wasn't worth it for me and the guys to play a round. Wish I would of read the reviews. Take the time to read before you book when on vacation in the Outer Banks. Just awful.
Not what we expected
The price of this course indicated that the course was maintained far better than it was. There were very few golfers on the course so my suggestion to them is if they are not going to maintain it properly they should lower the price to play.
Great day out!
Great round's
Good track for a fast round at the beach. Good time played 18 with father in law followed by 9 with 6 year old son was a good time.
Great quick round.
Awful
Worst course I've ever played. Don't waste your time or money.
This is the worst course I ever played
I have played golf for 35 years, and played many many courses. THIS COURSE IS THE WORST COURSE I EVER PLAYED!
There are no identifiable tee boxes or Fairways as everything is over grown. Fire ant hills everywhere; Millions of then. I never had a lie where I wasn't stepping in an any hill. Overall the worse golfing experience ever. I wanted to quit after 3 holes but played on as we were on vacation and this was the only day we had to play. $60 dollars wasted. My advice if any one reads this is STAY AWAY!
Not too bad
Course not too bad, will play again but would not be at top of my list.
A Goat Wouldn't Graze Here
I paid $100 for me and my wife to play on ant hills and crab grass. Fairways are indistinguishable from rough. Greens were in decent shape but stimped at about an 8. I left a valuable in the cart and called the course when I realized what I had done. Staff did not bring it inside deciding to rather leave it on a bench outside and not surprisingly it was stolen. This course needs to be razed.
Poor Coarse to play
This coarse was terrible for the 49 per person I paid. It had crabgrass fairways. greens were mixmatch grass 3/4% of greens were have crabgrass. Would never play their again.
Not worth it
Round cost 50 bucks. This course looks like it was put in someone's back yard. Power lines run right through the golf course and are definitely an obstacle. Would not recommend this golf course unless you have a lot of beers with you.
This course needs a lot of imptovements.
First time I felt staying home than playing golf!!
Good course to play a practice round.
We chose to play this course instead of just hitting a bucket of range balls, since this was our first time out for the season. The course was very wet and car path only, but they did recieve 2.5 inches of rain overnight before we played. The greens were in good shape, but the course itself needs a lot of attention. for the price, this is a nice little course to practice on.
Prive was right but course needs some work.
The greens were rough, the fairways lack grass, and tee boxes were a mess. Other than that course is great.
The staff is very nice, but they have let this course go. We only paid $15/ golfer for 18 holes with a cart based on pre-paid, but even at that it wasn't enough like golf to be worth the time.
Not Worth It
This is your typical "backyard" golf course. Tee boxes are just as rough as the fariways. Greens were decent and about the only good thing about the course. We booked for $29.00 and not worth even that.
Good course for practice.
The greens are in very good shape and the course is a good place to sharpen up on your game if you had not played in a while.
