Aldenham Golf Club - Church Course

Course was in fantastic condition, we didnt see any other players until the 15th hole. Start to finish was 3hrs and every minute was a delight. Great value for money.

A good course in good condition!

We got unlucky behind a ladies competition so things were slower than they should have been.

After a long weekend in London we stopped off at Aldenham for a relaxing game of golf, as has become a bit of a tradition, for a relaxing game of golf.

We love Aldenham, the scenery is simply stunning, the course is always in excellent condition and the staff are so welcoming.

We will be back

Course should never been open total quagmire, managed 9 holes then gave up . Charging full price for Course that's unplayable bit off. Always liked Course but shouldn't be charging full rate at present.

Course would be nice in the summer short par 4s so can shoot a low score but cannot cope in the winter and they wasn’t allowing trolleys just carrying

Great course and well looked after. There was a lot of mud and very soggy on all the holes but that’s to be expected at this time of the year.

Course was a little on the soft side under foot, due to recent rain and time of year making it play quite long. Greens were some of the best I have played on in recent years. Considering how wet conditions were there were no bobbles and ran very fast a credit to greenkeepung staff.
Would have no hesitation and returning again once conditions have given course time to dry out.
The course layout means you have to hit balls both ways and Nedd to think your way around.

Course in good condition and have played it several times. Unfortunately, we were behind slow play and took too long waiting on every tee box.

Chose this course as very easy to get too - half way between Luton and London -just off Jct 5 of M1.
Obviously a very popular course as very few spaces tin the car park.
Enjoyed the course - thought it was going to be a lot of tight fairways but after hole 3 everything widened.
Greens in good order and fairly flat with not too many contours.
A few greens were very protected by well established trees and will know better next time I play here.
A good price of £26 for the round made it a very enjoyable round.

Excellent if you keep out of the rough which is out of control on both courses

Like the course some long holes. But biggest problem is the bunkers aren't raked and it's like hitting off concrete. For my level of play it's an absolute nightmare to get out of and can really spoil a round.
