About
Bentham Golf Course is situated in the Three Peaks area of North Yorkshire and has stunning scenery of Ingleborough and the surrounding hills. Often referred to as the 'Augusta of The Dales', Bentham Golf Course is a beautiful parkland course with tree lined fairways, multiple lakes and lush fairways. The course welcomes golfers of all abilities, offering an enjoyable round to less experience players and a challenge to those lower handicappers. The signature hole of the course is the par 3 10th that has you look down from an elevated tee to a tempting green which lies just on the other side of a stone walled pond.
The venue offers a great drink selection and some catering in the clubhouse which makes it the perfect place to enjoy a post-round drink and watch fellow golfers complete their round from the patio over looking the 18th. There is a pro shop on site too which is fully stocked with the latest brands and apparel, where custom club fitting is available. There is also a driving range and new practice chipping area under construction ready for the 2021 season. The course is home to Wenningdale Escapes who have on offer luxury glamping pod and lodge stays. These can be booked for a family holiday or for a golfing getaway.

Greenkeepers Revenge.
Played on a nice sunny day spoke to the Pro how told us there was a comp on. Greenkeepers revenge was the comp really enjoyed the day some difficult holes and obstacles.
Highly recommend
Great course
Excellent course & value for money. Only disappointment was no food was being served although the website stated the kitchen was open until 2:30pm
Bentham GC
Spent the full day at Bentham GC,started out with a superb breakfast before heading to the range, then onto the course,the first few holes are pretty narrow but eventually open up great halfway house on the ninth tee,some great holes with stunning views,best hole for me was the 10th par 3 over water, highly recommended will definitely be coming back.

Excellent value for money in winter conditions. Use of winter tee mats on all holes - no problem. Will return if in the area.
Bentham
Definitely be back at Bentham again, course in excellent condition, winter tees in play, didn’t take anything from the experience, rained through out but still had an awesome time, bargain price Aswel.
Hidden gem
This place is one of my favourite courses. It’s a 80 minute drive for me but always worth and one the best breakfast I’ve had of recent. Highly recommended. Every hole has something about it.

Our first time at Bentham, will be visiting again very soon . Meet and spoke to two of the family who owned the course, lovely people who should be very proud of course and facilities they have created.
Good course and great views
A very good course in good condition with the added bonus of fantastic views of Pen-y-ghent. Highly recomended.
Best Secret
Stunning views, good course, excellent greens. Unbelievable value. Only slight criticism was uneven tee beds.
Well worth a visit
Course was interesting and in really good condition. We played in the evening and the course was very quiet. Stunning views. . Only negative, clubhouse closed at 6 so facilities to enjoy afterwards.
Great challenging course.
The course was the best we've seen it over the years we've played there.
The fairways superb and the greens so true, the staff as friendly as ever, recommend this course to anyone at any level you Play.
Certainly be back again soon just hope the wind isn't as strong next time, but still a great day out.
A little gem
This is a little gem of a course. It has everything for every level of golfer. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A course I would definitely visit again.

Very slow back 9 due to number of people playing which was a shame.
