Field with tees and greens. Has to be the most boring course on the whole fylde coast. Play elsewhere

Only 14 holes playable. Was not mentioned on your page when paying. You need to let paying customer know if winter tees n greens in play and if any holes are closed.

1st of all the weather was pretty bad and had been for a number of days, no issue there. Booked on the day and when i checked in was told there were 4 holes out of play! Many temporary greens, virtually all temporary tees (mostly off reds), several temporary greens. The visibility was poor but even so I found it difficult to navigate the course, was guessing what route to take, managed to lose 2-balls by hitting them straight down the fairway! Greens (that weren't temps) were in good shape, is a very open course and yardage was well out due to the temp greens/tees

Brilliant day but don’t book with golf now.
We booked on as a 2 ball because we had to get to work but golf now booked 2 other players on to make it a 4 ball .
Luckily enough the girl in the pro shop understood and let us out as a 2 ball.
I will never book with golfnow again but book direct with the course

For mid October the course was in tremendous condition. Fast greens, well cut fairway, good bunkers. For the time of year and costing 21pounds could not be better.

The condition of the fairways and greens is excellent, however the one negative was the ability to contact the course staff before the day of play. Phone calls are not answered and contact with the course is restricted to booking online.
The buggy we hired did not run properly and when this was brought to the attention of staff nothing was done to reimburse the cost of hitting the buggy

Course was superb for the time of the year will definitely be recommending thus course to friends and family

Great test for all levels! Couple of holes out of action but informed prior to tee off!

Turned up in the pouring rain which let us get off early as several members got back in their cars. After 3rd hole it was brolleys away. Good layout & pace of play no problem. Watch out for the rough it’s thicker than it looks from the tee. Lost a couple of balls that looked ok from the t shot. Club house only had 1 staff on when we got back in & we left after sitting almost 20 mins without any sign of service.(COVID time)

Course was in great condition. Great test of golf, can look easy on the eye. But stray of the fairways, and rough is difficult to get out of. Undulating fairways, makes iron shots tricky, and narrow greens on entry. Bunkers have sand in, best of any course bunkers I’ve played this year. And you get the links feel and wind, with course being elevated. Highly recommended.
