Amazing course, great value for money. Best greens I’ve ever played on !!!

Great round' no hold ups at all as course was pretty much empty...2 hours 50 for a 3 ball....last time we played here the greens were gone' cracks all over the and turf lifting.
Someone worked a miracle on the greens....they were excellent.

Quiet and greens were very well maintained, rough was a little too rough!
Overall, better than most courses local to the area!

Course is in excellent condition now . Definitely worth the money great test of golf as not an easy course ...greens are in good condition considering its a municipal course would recommend a go around brandon ...cant rate staff as not any on because of covid restrictions but last year they were great

The course is looking great , we know the bunkers are not going to be the best or maintained well , this is an issue at this time . But overall this course is a perfect place to have a quite , easy going Round .

Course in great condition having regard to Covid restrictions which basically mean bunkers are out of play and are starting to look neglected. No geese around yesterday which meant the greens were entirely free of droppings.

I’ve been playing Brandon for nearly 40 years now and I can honestly say it has never looked or played better. Highly recommended.

Played here several times over the last month. Course in consistently great condition of late, especially the greens. Pace of play was good though that was mainly due to several groups kindly letting me through. Always a very testing course with some difficult holes particularly at the turn and towards the finish. Prices vary but I paid £20 in total for a Saturday afternoon tee time which is excellent value for money.

Really like Brandon - some tough holes to really challenge you and they have kept the course trim and playable unlike some others!

Can’t comment on staff as Covid has affected their status etc. But it could do with food and drinks amenities to be reinstated, and the driving range please.

I've been coming to Brandon for years and it has been maintained very well. Excellent greens and well-cared for tees and fairways.

I used to be a member for some years. An enjoyable test of golf. The bunkers have always been disappointing with compacted builders sand_stones. They are all GUR currently. The greens were in excellent condition.

I have been playing this course on and off for many years, when I first started all the trees lining the fairways were staked and although it has undergone some changes such as the removal of several green side and fairway bunkers it still remains a great challenge. The plus points were even though we have had heavy rain in the past few days the fairways were dry if patchy in places and the greens were firm and fast and even the 9th was in very good condition. The down side is no sand in bunkers and the removal of the fairway bunkers on the 13th. I understand there is a new team of green keepers in place and they have made big improvements to the course, and being a municipal course it lacks funding but I think with little investment and restoration brandon could rank as one of the best courses in the ares

Been a regular golfer at this course for over 35 years and still number one in my eyes all ways well looked after and a pleasure to play credit to the team who look after and run this place
