First Time Playing

Walked off after the 16th

Appallingly slow, no marshalls on the course, far too many pitch marks unrepaired, members driving off before we had rung the bell, a dull first nine (flat parkland with little variation); better back nine but 4 hours to the 16th is unacceptable.

Don't bother; Lullingstone Park and Pedham Place (both nearby) are much, much better.

We are disappointed to hear of your experience. We have not had any reports regarding slow play and would have investigated. However 4 to 4 1/2 hours to play a round of golf is acceptable.
The course is in excellent condition and a good test of golf but may not of been to your taste.

We are disappointed to hear of your experience. We hadn't heard of this issue and would have investigated.
The course general takes between 4 to 41/2 hours to play as a fourball.
The course is in great condition and we hope you look to try it again in the future.
