Good value round of golf

At £12 a round you can't expect to play a top quality course. However the greens are well kept, bunkers are nice, with wide open fairways which are inviting to hit. My biggest criticism is that the fairway grass is too long and not easy to distinguish between rough and fairway on certain holes. Overall a nice course for the money.

Five lakes links course

Been to this course now 3 times in the past 6 months and each time it has been in great condition , greens are well kept and will hold if being attacked from the fairways , pace of the round at under 4 hours was good with no hold ups at all - easy walking and no blind shots make this a layout I would suggest to all levels of player. Whilst short by today's standards it does require thinking about position for that all important shot into the small greens,, overall very enjoyable and will return soon

Great value, decent course

The Links Course is ideal for those who have a wayward drive like I do, it's open and well kept and great value for money.

Forgiving course off the tee

Beginner friendly course. No great variation between holes or length from tee to greens. Tee boxes and greens were poor. Greens had been punctured and were grainy and tees needed a trim and seeding in places. Some tricky target greens to hit, particularly given firmness and condition. Otherwise, fair value for a weekend round.

Walked

inland links needs wind.

it started as an easy course, but after a while it became more demanding. But the wind was not that strong to make the course difficult, So we had a nice walk and a good score.
