First thing I'd say is that if you've played Waterstock which is nearby it seems very similar to that in my opinion. Filled with trees everywhere meaning a missed fairway usually means you can find your ball easily but will never have a proper shot on which can be annoying. Some very nice and challenging par 3's and overall hole designs were great. Although, quite often it was pretty tricky to find the next tee so could improve with the signposting. Similarly, there aren't any signs on each tee telling you what number hole and how many yards. It does say the hole number and yardage on the tee markers but it's in tiny writing so you have to standing about a foot away to see it. Apart from that I would definitely recommend.
Fairways are tight on a few holes, each hole offers a different challenge.
Played at end of December and must say well done to the green keeper very well maintained.
Probably played this course 10-15 years ago, big open spaces, staked trees, but now wow, it’s really matured, some interesting holes, drivable par 4’s on a good day, also a lovely little par 3, if you haven’t played this course, certainly give it a try, well worth it. The only little thing was leaves on the greens but you expect that this time of the year.
Played Hadden Hill for the first time and without a doubt we will be looking to go back. Very good value for money. Course was in great condition with the greens running well. Only criticism would be that the course could do with a few extra markers to point you to the next hole.
