Tee to green was a pleasure to walk and play . great course for the price . a little issue on tee off time due to members insisting they tee off first even if a time has been booked

What a pleasent supprise this little gem of a course was. Met by a really friendly and helpful lady who sorted out our tee time and played a well manicured tight parkland course with really fast and true greens. Sat and had a nice cold drink in the sun outside afterwards. I would definitely recommend this course if you haven't been before or in a while as a lot of changes have been made to the course which has improved it greatly.

First time played it greens very quick but in great condition excellent layout of the course really enjoyed the course very nice staff all in all really good day

Really friendly staff, course is a fair challenge need to think off the tee not just grab for driver, the greens were in fantastic condition a credit to the green keepers.

Course in excellent condition and plenty of challenging holes, if you stray from the tea you can be punished. Longer holes in the back 9 but an overall enjoyable course and would recommend to friends.

3 x ball all enjoyed the course layout, which was well kept and greens although recently treated/sanded were reasonably fast and true, although possibly a little firm as we all found it tricky to have the ball hold on the greens. Staff and members were all extremely friendly, clubhouse facilities good and excellent bar food and we all commented that we will definitely pay further visits in the future.

Great course. Always has been. The stand out feature by far are the greens. The best and fastest greens in the north west. All credit to the staff for getting for course to this standard.

A lovely day course in really good condition

I played a four ball with my son in law and two friends. We have handicaps from 14 to 24 and we all enjoyed the experience. The fairways and greens were in pretty good condition for this time of the year. It is a relatively flat parkland course so is easy to get around with a trolley. Holes 13-16 are adjacent to each other and are straight up and down but have a bit of length to them which can test the higher handicap player. Overall, there is a good mixture of holes to maintain interest. There is a decent spike bar for after game drinks and food and the staff are very welcoming. As a course that uses tee off times it is relatively easy to book online in advance. I'll certainly be returning in the future.

Greeted by a very friendly manager made me and my friends feel very welcome. Very challenging course but not to hard to put high handicap players off like myself. Greens where excellent and very well kept very. Can't wait to play here again!!!

Has a lovly days golf with a couple of my mates the weather was great so overall a good days golf

Played course after 4 dry days at end of March ..sun was shining and course was in good condition.Greens had been hollow tined but still true and very quick..excellent value for money at £10 each through teeofftimes..only disappointment was bar was closed after finishing round at 5.45...overall would recommend

Due to the heavy overnight rain the first 6 holes where closed, the manager of the course {Steve} was very helpful offering us a voucher to come back and play when the course is in better condition,we where given free cups of coffee and a walk around the club house.The green and bar staff where also very helpful.
