Not a great layout
The greens and tee boxes are way too close. At least 2-3 times a round you'll nearly be hit by a ball, that to be fair is not that far off line. Some of the fairways are a bit strange - a bit like a farmer's field with large ruts across it. I can't see any reason at all for this.
However it's maintained quite well and at least has been watered during the hot weather.
Belting course
Played this course for the first time. My honest opinion....... its brilliant greens all ran true not slow but not to quick. Course was a little damp in places but that's to be expected . I'm looking forward to coming back and playing it in the summer
1st time playing Lutterworth GC.....
... and the course was excellent. Greens a delight!
Great Experience
Overall experience was excellent with a great layout, good facilities and made us feel very welcome, will be back soon
Cancelled round despite booking
Booked a round on teeofftimes but the course cancelled it stating it should not have been released as they don’t allow visitors on Saturdays.
Very poor business etiquette not to honour a booking when the booking was accepted.
Great golf course
Played 5/11/2017 8.30am
It was raining slowly at start of our round but soon stopped,
Golf course was in a brilliant state greens perfect, fairways still a bit hard for this time of year.
Out of 10 for this course its got to be a 10 food at the tenth hole just everything was perfect.
