Nice course, plenty to interest golfers of varying standards. I had an issue with the wind strength (although that would need a higher authority than MHGC to sort that out!) but am looking forward to coming here again next year.

Always enjoy playing this course and improvements have made it better. Very busy day meant pace of play a little slower but was not a problem. Exceptional deal on GolfNow made it even more enjoyable.
Looking forward to next round here.

Good layout of holes with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Even though the par 3’s were not long the terrain and surrounding hazards made them quite tricky. Very challenging finishing holes that no doubt make it very tough on medal comps! All round very good value for money. Found the professional in the shop and the bar staff very friendly and will definitely return.

Interesting course in good shape. A bit hilly so a good workout. Greens very good. Didn’t have time to sample the bar facilities unfortunately.

So 1st time at harborough and would i be back?

Yes, but only just.
Interesting holes make up for the poor green conditions and horrific pace of play.
Ended up having to walk the 9th which had 3 groups playing it.

A nicely kept course - true greens - a bit hilly so ensure you enjoy a good walk. A couple of the par 3 holes were a bit close together and one especially is not even 100 yards the day I played it. Golf Pro very friendly. I got stuck behind a very slow golf society group on the day but it was such nice weather I didn’t mind.

You would be very fit if you played here every week. Both nines go up the hill twice. The course is struggling with the winter weather and is very wet in places which the designer has tried to eleviate with a lot of rut and furrowing on the fairways. However, a lot of imagination has gone into the design and layout and it's a lot of fun to play.

The course played very despite a great deal of rain the previous day. The course was in good condition and the greens very good. A couple of us went in bunkers and were disappointed with the lack of sand but overall very good.

Great course best ive played in the kettering area. So much so i plan on enquiring about a membership. Lovely course in fantastic nick. Greens perfect apart from one think it was the 15th but this was only a small patch on the edge. Cant wait to come and play again

First time playing at Harborough but must say we we're very impressed. Course layout was good and condition of the course excellent. Very up and down in places but I need the exercise so can't complain. Would highly recommend.

Lovely golf course with lots of interesting and challenging holes

This a quite hilly course which is kept in first class condition - the grass cuttings are taken off the course, a level of care normally found at courses such as Carnoustie and similar. The course is contoured from the terrain and it requires careful shot placement on many of the holes to keep oneself out of trouble.
This club has good off course facilities and a very good restaurant. The staff I had contact with could not have been more helpful. The weather was excellent,the golf quite good and an extremely enjoyable afternoon was had.

Played here in glorious weather and the views across the countryside are completely unrivalled in Leicestershire. The course itself was in fantastic condition, they are doing a little work on one of the green to improve drainage, It was barely noticeable. The staff in the shop and the clubhouse were great. We had some food afterwards, no complaints here either. I will be back with a membership form

I have played here before and this course is generally sound, however today was a different story, the answerphone message at the club said there was 2 winter greens and some mats but there was actually around 10-12 of both and the fact we were playing in a big match this was not ideal.

This review could be a little unfair as I know this course is usually good and the layout is actually pretty good. I'm just annoyed that the greens and tee boxes were looking really good but they just weren't in play.

I would say definitely give this course a go but do so in the summer
