Several greens were under maintenance hence the lower price. This did not affect the enjoyment of the day though. It is well kept with some challenging holes, particularly the last few.
To be honest I think the standard price is a bit too high and I would not normally pay that much.

I’ve played probably 20 times over the last couple of years at this course, and facility is usually good, booked a four ball paying £144 with booking fee,
What a waste of money, was told a couple of greens were temporary,
They need not of bothered, almost every greens was covered in sand and basically a lottery with a putter.
I understand maintenance has to take place, but you can not charge £35 winter rate with greens under maintenance,
Why before we booked are we not warned !!!
We will think twice before returning

Too many temporary greens and was not made aware of this at time of booking! So much work going on and workers didn’t stop the noise when you’re trying to putt. Spoiled the round.

The overall experience at N&C was exhilarating. There were two of us turned up more than an hour to soak up the atmosphere and we called in at pro shop. We were told politely that it is possible to play an hour and we took it. First few holes simply took our breathes away and the fairways/greens were something we were marvellously admired! The only con I have is that I had a bad round and my mate played tremendously well! We would love to attend again in the future. Golfers and the people among the course were really lovely. Our day was fulfilled :)

Fantastic golf course with super fast greens and lush fairways,this course is always in great condition.
Most clubs have increased their fees,thankfully N&C have kept it affordable

It is about 20 years ago I played here before and it is still a great place to play it rained on and off but did not spoil the day.

Truly amazing layout together with very hot day and me playing well made this a great day out.
Course is stunning and we will be back for sure.

First time visit and would very readily recommend. Played fairly short (especially with August fairways) but plenty of very memorable holes. Par 3s a highlight. Course was in great condition and greens were superb and very fast. Will definitely play here again.

Second time playing here and simply can't fault it. Practice facilities good - enjoyable had honing (or attempting to) our short game skills on practice green and bunkers. For the round itself hired a buggy for the incredibly reasonable price of £12.50. As for the course - tees and fairways great and the greens are truly superb. Faultless and not a bobbling putt in sight. Quite a undulating course and crammed full of interest - very few bog standard dull par 4s. The par 3s are outstanding - the 17th reminiscent of a links course and the 3rd has the hint of Augusta about it. The scorecard and length makes it sound easy and innocuous - it's anything but. One or two of the greens are treacherous and if you're out of position a 3 putt (or worse) is a distinct possibility. I just love the feel of the place - felt unrushed and surrounded by nature. Off course bar is good, staff are friendly and so are the members. I will be back again.

Fantastic course. Fairways and greens were immaculate. Best value for money I’ve paid for a round of golf, if this was in Surrey it would be double the price. Would 100% play again.

This course was a real surprise, and i simply don't know why I have never played it before. Every hole has the golfer interested and is challenging. The par 3 holes are simply superb and a real challenge. The par 3 17th has a real links feel to it, with a tight shot into a small green. The welcome was friendly and we had a nice meal in the club house post round. All in all, this course was in great condition and it length at just under 6,000 yards gives the average golfer a real chance of a decent round. We will be back!

Very warm welcome ,booked a 3 ball on a special Deal and acccomodated a 4 th player at same cost, course In great condition for time of year ,greens been spiked and a little slow but nice to putt on, this course is a joy to play lots of variety and you wont been dissapointed .

Usually like this course and arranged a four ball to go play based on my recommendation .... course looked good from the first tee and we were away, then disaster!

The pro shop or at any time during booking failed to mention the greens were being hollow cored and on top of that very heavily sanded, couldn't hit putts hard enough in some spots and then less sanded areas ran flying by, nightmare to play, even to the point that one our four didnt want to play the course anymore and left after 9 holes.......

Extremely disappointed that this wasn't mentioned at all and then when we finished the pro shop wasnt even open to go have a word. What a let down, a course I usually enjoy but will think twice before playing again now.

The course is up their with the best courses in the region I'd even put it up their with Goring and Streetley. The Fairways were excellent throughout felt like Carpet and the greens were also excellent. The staff were happy to let us pretty much tee off when ever due to it being mainly a members course an don't really have set tee times. Everyone out on the course was friendly throughout also.

Greens And tee boxes where in excellent condition staff where very friendly will definitely play again
