A course of two halves
Interesting course of two halves with up and down fairways, slopping lies, dog legs. Flatter back half still with dog legs good practice for fade and draw shots. Plenty of trees around course, grass cut perfectly. Greens and tee's very good.
Oakridge bargain
Quality value for money with some of the best greens I’ve putted on all summer. Course in great condition and excellent speed of play. Thanks for a great round of golf.
Great course with a decent 19th hole
Staff in club house by very helpful. Joined a two ball (who were members). They were very friendly and with their course knowledge, made the round more enjoyable.
Tee boxes in great conditioned, fairways green, not brown like many other courses near by. The greens ran true.
Club bar, brilliant, again staff very friendly
Friday Fun
Friendly staff in pro shop, good course layout, greens and fairways in excellent condition.
Really enjoyed the afternoon out. Couple of shanks as the trains passed by blasting their horns ( well that's who I blaming)
It's a course you need to play a few times as lots of holes you cannot see the flags but I'll take an 88 gross for first time round.
Definitely be playing there again soon.

I have played this course quite a few times over the years but i have never seen it so good, the greens and fairways are in great
condition.well worth a visit.
Possibly the best we have seen the course look , well kept all round . We try and play this course as often as we can
Hidden Gem
The round started with the ground-staff patiently waiting for us to play through the first green before they started hollow tining the greens, so we were very grateful for that.
The course was in great nick, the only exception was a lack of sand in the 4th green-side bunker costing me a few extra shots. The only other bunker I went into was fine.
All in all a lovely course, which only gets tougher as you go along... the closing 6 hole loop is a test!
Absolutely recommend.
Too many...
blind tee shots to make it an enjoyable course.
Greens were average at best, fairways hadn't seen a mower for a few days either.
Chap in pro shop was excellent.
challenge
you have to be on your game to score well.long holes with some tight fairways and some holes where bunkers come in to play.lay yp for a 150 shot into the greens and particular challenge on the 16th you need a good tee shot and 2nd shot to ensure a well placed 3rd to the green ovee water
Great course with just enough danger to keep on your toes
Lovely course, some tight faraway and quite a few blind tee shots, this was only a problem because being really wet under foot most balls plugged off the driver, but this was due to 12 hours of rain the day before, greens were slow but very tricky quite a few were up raised with run offs around them the last three holes can change anyone’s card as we all found out as the lead changed three times over these holes as water comes into effect and fatigue sets into play as most holes are up and down all away round the course, overall a great course looking forward to returning in the dryer months when this place should be at its full potential p.s you could do with some diagrams of holes on the tee off boxes as people who don’t play there every week because on some holes even your second shots are blind and you don’t know exactly where to aim
Well manicured course
Course was in fantastic condition. Greens were very good and very tricky with hardly a flat putt to be had. At 3 in the afternoon the course was very quiet and we had no hold ups in front and no one pushing from behind.
Mature little gem
This course ticks alot of boxes it has some good length par 4s and also some shorter ones it can get very tight in places surrounded by very mature woods so driveing accuracy is essential you also have to plot your way round a bit with ponds awaitng shots a little short or astray.Look forward to playing here again when a little drier
