Improving regularly!

I have been playing this course for over 2 years during its worst state to the now vastly improved course that it seems to be now,

Previously, the bunkers were non-existent in that they were full of weeds, rock hard and lacking in maintenance! however, they are now playable and well done to the green keepers.

On this topic the Greens are excellent and run very well- they are really good now and hope that they manage to keep the evil Crows/Ravens off the 4th Green amongst others! Likewise the fairways are colourful in that the swirl patterns contribute well to the look of the improved course maintenance.
.
Unfortunately, the Tees are in very poor condition throughout and need some attention. Either, manufacture another tee to run side by side or do something major with the ones that are in use! Presently they do let the course down and hopefully they will be sorted in due course.

Lastly, there is a dire need of signage, and the Pro is aware - hopefully, they are being ordered and will be installed shortly.

Keep up the good work.

Good course

Course was hard to find but I could blame my SatNav.
The layout was a bit boring for the first few holes.
We played at 9.12 and pretty much had the course to ourselves which was great.
When we got to the 10th the first tee looked to be getting congested.
The back 9 were much better. A very tricky 10th and some great holes.
Course was obviously very dry but the greens were decent. Enjoyed it. Thanks.

Don't believe the bad reviews great GC

Played here with daddyshack society last Sunday and can't fault anything. Really loved the layout a lot of holes that really caught the eye reminded me a little bit of an inland links with all the feskew in-between fairways which made it quite tricky if you got out of position however that was offset by the length of the course , there's a lot of short par 4s but you really had to plot your way around and think about your shot placement/selection because any inherent shots are punished. The greens were true but quite slow I like them like that you can give your putts a good roll , the fairways cut really nicely and we'll defined, the tee boxes decent a few of them could be improved but still fine I've played a lot worse. The breakfast was good , staff very nice and friendly including the pro in the pro shop. All in all I had a great day and I'd definitely play again without question, fyi don't listen to the people leaving really bad reviews they are full of it and obviously don't know a good golf course when it smacks them in the face !! Ps I play off 12 not a beginner so I know a good GC when I see one.

Worth the money

Great little course with decent lay out and enjoyable holes. Little bit let down as I played in the morning and the greens still had dew on them but generally a well kept course

Just ok

Better greens than last year. Fairways good. Bunkers awful. Tee boxes not great. Could be so much better, glad I didn’t pay the £28 full asking price. Definitely not worth it.

Great Course

Great little course near Doncaster.

The fairways & greens are in really good condition.

The bunkers could do with a bit more sand in.

The rough is tough so avoid it!!

The pro shop is great & the staff are really friendly.

I’d definitely recommend this course.
