Fantastic Nine Hole Course

Some of the best greens we have played on as well as interesting holes. Always have ball washers on each tee that are fully functional with towels... Really enjoyed it and will be back.

Great.

What a great mornings golf I had here at a course I didn’t know was there there was me and three other groups on the course so for much of it I felt I was out there on my own. Course was in good condition and the greens where in good recovery after there maintenance. Not to sure what it would be like on a busy day for pace of play as there are quite a few shared greens and fairways as it’s an eleven hole course. Overall I enjoyed the course.

Friendly club

Played first time at Rishton on a nice sunny day. The greens were rock hard and I found the course layout difficult to follow. Loved the 9th hole though. Would play again

Nice little course

It's a nice little course we'll maintained but club house didn't look open and could do with a course map on the card. But I would definitely recommend it

Sunday funday

Nice course would definitely go again, bit of a different set out as fairways and greens are the same just with different pins, wouldn’t go at peak times I’ll be honest because could take an age to get through as waiting for a four ball n then another four ball who are actually 8-9 holes behind you can get you a tad tedious, only 11 holes really, overall nice but go off peak to keep urself in the game as waiting too long can ruin your flow

Rishton. Nice little course

Good overall condition for time of year and the amount of rain it had put down the day before. Needs a little tweaking with the layout of the course or at the least a few more direction signs as it can get a little confusing.
The greens and fairways were very good, but was a little boggy on the lower areas.

Great course, friendly people!

This is a really nice 11 hole course, cleverly made into an 18 hole with different tee positions on the back nine on some holes.
Course was in great condition and we received a warm welcome from the locals as well as the friendly ground staff.
Would highly recommend this course for all standards and it’s great value for money.
I’ll be back next week!

No staff on Sundays

Having booked an early morning tee time (6.20am) through golf now. Very disappointed to find no staff on arrival. Poor signs to the first tee which is impossible to find if you've never visited before. £45 three ball and we had to mark cards on phones as no paper card from the bar/shop. Very disappointed in course layout shared greens etc on some holes and still no signs of staff on departure some 4 hours later at half 10. If you've got balls I'd certainly just turn up and play... free round of golf at rishton early mornings....
