Value fore money
Great course great facilities could not.have been better. For £13 from teetimes it was brilliant.
Well laid out course
This is a well laid out course, perhaps 30 years old but maturing nicely. A good challenge for all golfers, the only disappointing hole is 7 a very short par 4 but each other hole both varied and a good challenge
What a thoroughly great course.... first time I’d played, my dad had played before and he loved it go.
Weather was perfect and a real test of golf - but a fair one
Can’t wait to return
Good course, nice greens and some really interesting holes.....what more can I say
Found this course on teeofftimes was excellent. I found the course quick as it wasn't too busy and loved some of the holes. Will definitely play again!
Played here as a 4 ball, found the course in very good condition despite the wet weather. Greens in good nick!
This is an excellent course just on the outskirts of Northallerton. Has some fantastic feature holes in particular the 11th and 13th. Will definitely be visiting again soon!
Apart from the high winds resulting in unsurmountable Autum leaves covering the greens the course was in great condition and a pleasure to play for the price. Especially as there was no hold ups by slow players anywhere on the course
Course was in good condition considering the amount of rain that had fallen in the previous few days. Greens were true if a little slow (see rain comment).
Pace of play was a little slow as we were the first pair on after a competition, we knew the comp was on and kind of expected it, but for the price we paid, didn't impact on the enjoyment.
Would recommend this course.
Lovely course with some stand out holes
Course was in great condition with greens playing really well. Some stand out holes especially the 11th. A great par 3 over water. Will definitely play again
The weather was lousy which meant the bunkers were flooded and solid but the greens were superb - fastest I've seen for a while. No one else out which meant that the pace of play was unhindered- unusual for here as that's always been my gripe in the past. Excellent time and challenging length of course, well maintained. Thanks for the day
We played as four ball and the course was in excellent condition. Greens quick and smooth with some fun challenging holes. Superb value for twilight golfers, from 12 noon £15, from 4pm just £10. Thanks.
Romanby great course in North Yorkshire
Had a great round on this course with some stunning views and wildlife to admire, course in excellent condition, with some really challenging holes, will definitely be playing here again soon.
Romanby 20171 May
Excellent course and kept on very good condition. Really enjoyed the round.
A great course!
Played on a very warm weekday in May, course in great condition overall, pace of play great, took us as a 2 ball 3 hours 20 mins and we weren't rushing round, both walking.
Excellent course, great fun!
A fantastic course to play, a good mix of water, bunkers and trees to make the game interesting, well maintained and presented, definitely play again! Great value for money
Good test of golf
The course is in great condition with well looked after greens but the bunkers could do with a bit more sand in. The Front nine eases you in before the back nine kicks in which is more established and just slightly more difficult. Some wicked holes with water hazards on this course for you to avoid. Overall great course for the money
