We really enjoyed playing golf at saltburn. The weather was lovely the course was in very good condition, the greens perfect. I would recommend playing here again.
Perfect day, perfect weather excellent course.
Very enjoyable day and the sun was out. The views were outstanding. The course was in excellent condition and the greens very good. My husband played to 8 I played to 22. I plan on bringing my daughter and son-in -law next time.
Golf in December
I haven't played Saltburn for many years and to be fair I had forgotten what a lovely course it was and also forgot how hilly it was.
The course played really well considering how much rain we have had over the past month or so.
The course was well maintained and in excellent condition for this time of the year.
The greens were very soft and held a lot of shoe marks but again to be expected.
Popped in to the bar for a quick pint.. Everyone around the course were very friendly.
I will certainly look to play Saltburn again soon.

A real gem of a course
Despite playing in late October, the course was in superb condition. Though a number of blind tee shots, we found the course well "marked" and easy enough to navigate. The welcome from the pro, and members we encountered was nothing short of magnificent. Will definitely play again and would recommend wholeheartedly to any golfer (though it might be a tricky course for a beginner). Though not long by modern standards, golfers of all abilities will find challenges. Some of the views are breathtaking.
Picturesque, character and challenging
A great day on the course, slight westerly wind which made some holes more challenging. Although there are some blind holes the course has loads of character with each hole feeling it is different unlike some local courses. Need to score on the front nine as last nine is both longer and more difficult. If you are a good iron player this course will suit as you do not need to grab for the driver every time, a bit of course management will make all the difference here. Looking forward to playing here again.
