Great value

Yes, ok, you have to carry your own rake, the 150 yard and tee markers are poor and signage to next tee is non=existant but for £10 each (we paid £12 in summer) this was a very enjoyable course, The map on the scorecard ensures you go the right way. Fairways good, tees and greens a bit slow/long but not untypical for this time of year. Very quiet, allowing a 3 hour round. Good views of Leeds at various points. Hole 10 is called "Last Hill"....it's not!! Par 69, it is shortish but several holes have challenging drives or second shots. No big water but plenty of mature trees and several ditches to catch out the unwary. We will certainly return, hopefully without having to play the first 6 holes blind next time, due to fog/mist!!
