course improvements needed

The course has a good layout and some good hole designs. Greens were rolling tru and were fairly quick.
There were a few problems that I notice with the course, 1 being no sand in the bunkers, and the sand that was there it was all contaminated. Also the bunkers edges were very disappointing. Also the fairways were quite long and very patchy with grass growth, I can understand why they may have been a bit long as it has been a bank holiday weekend. One other thing I was a bit confused about was the fairway/semi rough on the 17th and wasn't quite sure where the actually fairway was as it seemed to be the height of what the semi rough should be

Great Short course

Considering the amount of rain and the fact that we had snow on the round this short course held up well. Fairways a little muddy but greens were excellent even having been hollow tined the week before. The course although short is a good test of your position play and short game skills. Good clubhouse and friendly staff but pre round warm-up facilities such as driving range are limited.

VFM course

The course was in excellent condition, considering that the day before there was an awful storm and very heavy rain.
Only the bunkers were waterlogged and 1 hole (17) had a temporary tee.
The greens were running very true and putting was not easy but fair.
All in all an excellent experience.
