If you’ve seen the film, that’s the level of mud you can expect.
In my opinion the course should of been closed. Admittedly we had had a loot of rain locally. My advice would be to play the course in the summer months.
The golf shop was closed when we finished, so no one to speak to.
Maybe return in the better weather.

Appreciate that winter is difficult for greens keepers but there was no evidence of even basic upkeep such as putting sand on tee boxes or roping off sections to maintain them better. It’s a nice course but after a great experience in June it was a bit of a letdown

I played this course for the first time and have to say overall it was an ok experience. Due to the weather conditions the overall state of the course was horrific due to it being bogged down in rain water/mud which seems to show the course has poor drainage. My biggest issue was the lack of signage for each holes and it was a matter of guess work. The 19th hole was a lovely pint and the breakfast bap was a pleasure too! Overall it was a good days golf and I shall return

Have played Telford many times playing off the yellow tees, they have decided to put the yellow tee boxes about 30 yards closer to the green, this decision is double edged as it makes pace of play much quicker because you should be taking less shots but it has also taken the teeth out of the bite of what this course used to be, The course itself was in good order, some bunkers need a lot more sand in them, but the greens were in excellent condition

Best app ever been invented making booking game of golf's ever so easy to use. Also to experience golf courses I would struggle to get on

Have played a few times, the course is well kept and plenty of interest with a mix of holes.

Played here as a 2 ball for 30 quid and was not disappointed. Relatively wide fairways with big greens. Greens were true and bunkers were good. Would definitely recommend playing this course again and we were lucky to have good weather and minimal wind. Course was more of a stay and play kinda set up with a few society seen on the course and on the practise round. Bar was very nice too but just a little pricey. Overall would play this course again easily

We have played here quite a lot this summer and for good reason the greens are and have been fantastic all summer long we tend to play early or even first tee time so pace of play is never a probably I think the course is a good test for all abilities I my score mid 80s on a good day and the other player in the two ball shots low 70s and we both enjoyed the course

Played here last three weeks on the bounce great courses greens as good as you need they putted fantastic and took the ball really well we where first out 6 45am so pace of play was down to us

Course was insane, challenging really well kept, staff made us feel like we were scumbags, like village people entering a rich man’s world! But the course was absolutely amazing. Expensive but you get what you payed for! 100 miles ahead of the belfry 10/10 would play again but would avoid staff

Greens are in great condition although very slick, practice putting green is recommended before heading out.

The course was wonderful, conditions of the greens very fast. We had no hold up until we reached the fifth hole, once the two groups of four balls had clear we were off.
Great course for all bidding golfers

The course has a good layout.
we new the bunkers where all GUR.
But the greens are so poor pitch mark's everywhere and so slow it was like putting in treacle.

Not worth the green fee of £38. The bunkers were a total shambles. Could be a good course good layout and some good holes. Needs investment and a lot of TLC.

Course bit boggy in areas soft under foot would imagine lot Better in summer never the less challenge off the tee need distance and good position for second shot approach
