Amazing value

I stayed at the nearby center parcs and managed to escape the family for a round.

My expectations were fairly low given the price and time of year but I was really impressed particularly with the quality of the greens. Would love to come
Back for a round in summer.

Very impressed

Having never played the course before there were a few holes where I would do things slightly different next time . However this did not detract from the enjoyment, I found it to be a fair course if you are in the rough you will be punished, but there fairway is wide enough to give everyone a chance to make a decent score . The greens where a decent speed and rolled nicely , I loved the links type bunkers ,but get in the wrong ones on a hole and you could be in trouble! All in all I found the course very interesting and in a high standard of condition. The Pro was very friendly and helpful as were all the staff in the club house , the food we all had was very nice . Overall nothing to complain about definitely worth a visit .

Best course I've played in the last year

This is a quirky but beautiful course. It's in great condition with the greens deserving a special mention.
It's a lovely piece of land with a lot of very memorable holes in an excellent layout.
You will need to play it more than once though in order to get used to the lay of the land, but that's something I'll look forward to, hopefully soon.

Fair course but there are better ones about.

I was really looking forward to playing this course but the facilities were limited and first Impressions from the staff were not the best during the booking in process. The condition of the course I thought would be really good but I was really disappointed. The fairways were extremely wet and the grass was long the greens were average. I have played other courses recently like crews hill, brookmans park mount pleasant and beadlow manor and I found them in better condition which really surprised me. So overall fair but nothing special.

A Long Course - Some hills!

Played here with my 12yo son (a member elsewhere in Beds, who loves Millbrook), this is a long course and has some quirky holes, you'll get the idea from the 1st hole. There had been a lot of rain in the previous days and the ground did have some spongy spots, although the fairways were in very good condition and only the lower greens had yet to drain completely. A welcoming reception from the pro, the course is a lot easier the second time you play it, but don't walk it if you have difficulty getting up hills. As always an enjoyable game.

Mill Golf Course

We had perfect onditions given the time of year and the fact that it had rained for the previous 3 days.
It rained on us for one hole a par 5 15th?
The course is lengthy and varied with a few holes that raise the pulse with an uphill stretch.
The greens were all in good condition.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our round.

Picked at random

Down here with work so decided to pick the nearest course to play on an what a find! Very helpful club pro talked me through the course. The weather for this time of year was perfect and so was the course. Firm ground with immaculate greens. A few hills to tackle but it all adds to the challenge. Would highly recommend
