course in great shape Friendly staff. would recommend.
Crossings
Always enjoy playing the Crossings. Early season conditions were adequate and staff was friendly and accommodating.
Great Layout
The layout of this course makes it playable for every type of player. If you can keep it in the fairway off the tee and are accurate with hybrids and mid irons, you can score. If you’re long and wrong, and don’t have the short game to compensate, it’s going to be a really tough day. There was a lot of really wet areas on the course, and some of greens needed some love, but that’s also a product of it being the cold and wet time of year. The Crossings is definitely part of my regular rotation now.
Good value and very fair.
We have played the crossings for many years. Always satisfied with the friendly staff, course conditions, and pace of play.
conditions deteriorating
They have done some work around the clubhouse which looks nice. However, they are not maintaining the course. Losing a lot of the greens and fairways are turning to hardpan with no grass.
Jenkins at The Crossings
The layout of the course is always been a pretty cool course as far as traditional, Tennessee hill, front nine and then throw in a links back nine. The price is excellent for the course and really the conditions McCall’s a lot of the course in the fairways is getting ate up and a lot of the greens in places ate up. But overall great course to go play where the grass is it is in great conditions
Crossings golf
Several greens with dead spots some fairways are thin, rough high, easy to lose a ball in
