This course doesn’t have slow play restrictions.
I have never played a golf course that allowed 10 players in a group, until yesterday! We started play about 1:30pm and by 3:30pm we only on hole #8. The weather got bad with potential thunderstorm and play was suspended. We left and went home not finishing the other 10 holes. We drove 86 miles to play this course but only got in 8. I was very disappointed to say the least! I doubt that I will drive that far a distance again to play that course.
Disappointment - not sure where the 4+ rating comes from
Passing through the area, wanted to play 9 holes with the wife. Driving in, the course looked beautiful with lots of elevation changes and water. Gated community; high expectations.
Didn't pan out. Tee boxes are ragged. In some places the grass on the tee box was taller than my tee. Some fairways are very overgrown; basically rough everywhere and no actual fairway. Greens are very bumpy with shag carpet speed. You'll need to bring more club to putt; your putter ain't enough if going over 30 feet.
Cart path is completely destroyed; potholes, patches, bumps and humps.
Clubhouse was not open but gave "average" rating for off-course amenities due to Covid.
Just a very disappointing experience; not sure where the 4.2 rating comes from. Maybe it's just in a dilapidated state due to Covid, but if I was a homeowner in the community I'd be pizz'd.
Nice course
Interesting course, pretty. Generous fairways. Several uphill holes. Front nine in great shape, back nine a little rough because of a lot of recent rain. We had fun and it was good value.
Golf
Good course for the money!
Some challenges that will test you, greens are nice!
April golfer
Nice course, well kept even after rain course played well! Very good day of play.
Weekend Round
The course was very nice . Played on a cold sunny day...started out as a single but joined a threesome at the turn. The gentlemen I played with were all locals, what a nice group of guys. Made me welcome and part of their group immediately . Will play there again soon
First time playing here and it was a course layout like I’ve never played before!
The staff was very friendly and helpful!
