Good Greens
Greens were a little slower than what you generally see at RW but that may be a good thing! Fairways a bit thin. Played River/Meadow....good pace, good day.

Love this course
My husband and I play Riverwood golf course regularly. It’s always in great shape, challenging rolling hills, and fast greens. I got my first ever Eagle on the Riverview #1 par 5. I was happy and will be back soon. Overall it’s a great course.

Difficult layout, unfair pin placements but in good condition
This review is coming from a first timer at Riverwood who shot a 76 so it’s not like I am coming from a place of being sour, but the pins were extremely difficult for a Saturday round and the greens were extremely unforgiving and fast on top of it. Tough layout, very unforgiving at times, you really need to place your shots, small landing areas especially for how fast the greens are. The course is in great condition and the staff are very friendly but a lot of shots are blind to trouble and again the greens are extremely unforgiving let alone when they put the pins on the apex of mounds every hole. Like playing on an upside down bowl.

Fun Day of golf!
Pace of play was great- Enen though the course was well booked, on, ce we were off the first tee, we never waited more than a minute, and were never pushed by the group behind us. Occasionally they would have teed off and would be in the fairway behind us if it were a Par 5 hole. Other than that, we felt as if we were the only group out on the course.
