Scenery like no other
Love this Golf course.
Beautiful scenic layout.
Friendly Staff,
Great value.
My friends and I play regularly here.
Thank you Quinte Hills
for new or beginner golfers ONLY
Tee area was nice. Fairways were the worse; tons of bare ground. Even grass areas were sparse. Most times better to land in rough for iron shots. Greens in terrible condition; never seen greens in this bad of condition.Price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

Nice Layout - Has Potential
Just needs a little TLC and this could be a gem. If you live locally in the area, you can’t go wrong playing a quick round here.
Nice layout
Worth playing for the layout alone. Challenging enough and great elevation changes.
A Scenic Country Course.
I played this course when it first opened and is is improving each year. The greens and fairways are in decent shape. The young lady in the clubhouse was very pleasant.
Quinte Hills original 9 is regulation length (par 36 )and the newer back 9 is executive
length ( par 30 ) . This is is a scenic country course and was a pleasure to play.
Excellent Surprise
Based on the $'s posted to play the course I was expecting a very boring easy course. This was most definitely not the case. Excellent views with some challenging 400+ yard par 4's. Definitely worth playing.
Hidden gem
Beautiful setting; out of the way so needs more publicity and better signage. Would love to play back nine so Golf Now and course need to advertise that there are 18 holes to play, even if back nine not quite as challenging., and have a special rate to play 18.
Country Course
I played this course the month it opened (2013) and the overall condition has improved.
The fairways are a lot better and the greens are good for a new course.
The back 9 opened earlier in the week so we played it as well. the back 9 are pretty much par 3's.green are decent and fairways a pretty good.
When this course matures it should a pleasure to play.
Has potential
It's seems that this course is in its early stages but with that said the price was about perfect at this point. Conditions were exceptional dry (broke a tee on every hole, sometimes just placing the tee) and so I lost a silly number balls simply due to them bouncing/rolling well out of play.
All in all, can't complain about the price as the range would have cost the same amount.
Looking forward to playing when the conditions are better.
Could really use some better signs/maps of the holes as it is not very clear.
Quinte hills
Advertised and paid as 18 but comes up as 9 and not allowed 18. Course shape is pretty rough along fairways quite often, also no clubhouse food or drinks.
Beautiful to look at
The course needs work but is visually very appealing. The fairways need more seeding. There are bald spots that were there last year. With the rains we have had recently, there should be more new growth
Ground under repair
The majority of this course should be described as ground under repair. Fairways and greens need a lot of work. Clubhouse is a trailer but the staff were friendly. The golfnow for this course stated 18 holes with cart but when deal was complete this changed to 9 holes. After playing the course, 9 holes was enough but the hot special price was too high for the condition of this course. I have played 18 holes for the same charge on executive golf courses in immaculate condition! I would not recommend nor golf there again.
