Course closing tomorrow, today was last day because of Corona virus.
This is a very average course for the desert. Old style, not real difficult. Indian side has some weird holes.
Not the greatest value for Coachella valley.
Fun little course, but....
My Dad and I had a golf vacation and played several courses in the area. We enjoyed this course, BUT.....The greens do not hold. We hit good shot after good shot and found our ball on the backside of the hole. You’ll notice these greens don’t have ball marks. With that being said, the layout is enjoyable, the greens are fast and true, and it’s a course I would absolutely play again. Just know you’ll need to play a club less or bounce it up. 9irons and wedges were not holding.
At this time of year the golf courses in the desert are in their best condition. Except this one...greens were rough and bumpy, rough is just weeds. Fairways and tee boxes were ok. There are a lot of courses that are better value.
It was a 5 HOUR round to boot. Waiting on almost every hole for the group ahead to clear fairway and greens. No marshall in sight.
The layout on the Indian side is very strange, some very awkward holes. Not my favorite place to play for sure.
Golf course is closed coronavirus
The golf course is closed because of the coronavirus how do i get refunded
This course provides full value for the price.
Were not issued a power cart until just before our tee off time even though we had been there warming up an hour before the tee time. Our cart did not have a copy of the days pin placements as we had received on previous rounds. The greens were very well cared for and true to your views of putts. We were well informed of our tee time procedure and courses playing today. A very pleasant experience for our group.
Bert From Canada
The course /courses are in good shape and maintained good.
The staff are all very friendly and very good to deal with..
The starters are all very cordial and good and keep the crowd moving very orderly.
Come and enjoy the place.
Nice public course
I feel I received a very good greens fee on GolfNow.
Greens were firm and rolled true.
Fairways were a little thin in spots. More water would be a help I’m sure.
Ranger Hank was fine. Our 3-some teed off about 10 minutes behind our 12:40 t-time.
Indian Palms CC Golf
Teed off at 2:30, and finished all but one hole due to darkness. Staff friendly, pace of play was good.
Where is the staff
They say they are going through renovations. Staff seems to be short to cover 3 courses. No Pro shop. Bunkers are hit and miss for being groomed or with enough sand in them. Considering its 46 degrees and raining in Seattle, I can play again.
Very enjoyable, the course was in good condition and there was some very good hole layouts. A slow group in front of us was a minor problem. Great time.
This is our first time in 2020 playing back here at Indian Palms. They have a new bag drop off process and for getting your cart. No one is there at the drop off or will get your bag, which differs from last year. Should have a simple sign to explain new process.
The fairways and greens were ok, but not in excellent condition. If this is you first time playing here, or forgot where the water hazards are, you will get a few surprises. None of them are marked (i.e., with red stakes) and not all are visible. This is another resort course which is pretty common in the PD area, so need to be pretty straight on those tee shots, ! Enjoy.
