Greens were nearly perfect. Smooth, firm, fast, and only an occasional missed ball mark left unfixed. The greens were on the small side and were all well protected. Very challenging, but fair. The bunkers had very good sand that was consistent for my different attempts. The distance leads most to believe this course will be easy, it isn't. Any miss off the tee is costly. There is o.b. left on roughly a dozen holes and it comes into play significantly on about six holes. Right is not much better as the trees are so numerous, tall, thick, dense, and low hanging that any recovery chance at hitting the green is unlikely.
