Beautiful course with great service

I'm a long time visitor to Bali Handara and find visiting this course a magical experience. It's well designed with interesting challenges on various holes, and a couple of well-structured risk/rewards holes (like hole 3). Great place to stay overnight and enjoy a meal with an outdoor fire under the stars.

Handara Golf & Resort

The two hour trip from Kuta to Handara Golf & Resort is a memorable one. The route is filled with fields of rice terraces, innumerable temple sites, small villages and some wonderful views.

Handara Golf & Resort was opened in the late seventies. This mountain resort offers fantastic scenery, lush forests and moderate temperatures. There wasn't a lot of traffic the day I played & I just cruised through 18 in well under 3 hrs. Conditioning was leaning on the neglected side although the greens were well looked after. I'd recommend an early round as it does seem to rain every afternoon.
