Great course
Greens are the best in the Bay, true championship level speed and slopes comparable to any of the Pebble courses and other top courses in the Monterey area. New shot tracer technology at the range is awesome and works great. .
Fun layout, good drainage, crowded
First time playing here, impressed by the conditions given that many other courses in the area are waterlogged. Good roll on the fairways and no mud. Greens in great shape. Round fun factor was reduced by other groups hitting into ours and slow pace of play.
Great Spring round at CPS
Course was mostly dry and running with good fairway and bunker conditions. Tees and greens were in excellent conditions.
CAUTION: This course has a few back to back fairway conditions and if you play away from trouble, by the time you get to your ball, it will often be pocketed by someone on another hole. Marshall’s should monitor this more aggressively.
The TopGolf range is a great way to prep for your round as is the massive practice green — USE IT!
Solid Track
Course is very playable after a heavy winter. Greens is very good condition. Friendly local playing partners. Would play here often if it was closer to home.
Great course even with all the rain we’ve had
Fun course with lots of unique holes. Not a ton of elevation, but bunkers scattered throughout. Great condition even with all the rain.
Great value, Greater GREENS
Played TPC Harding Park the day before, and the value here is better, because of the greens. Corica Park's greens are stellar. They are perfect condition, very fast, dense grass so they are very healthy, and they have a lot of slope, so they are fun and challenging. That said, the fairways are rough and so are the tee boxes, BUT let's be honest, all you really need are good greens to enjoy the day. I would come back here.
MIF Par 3 course
Corica management is obviously spending all their time and money on the South Course and new North Course. There is NO maintenance on the MIF course. The conditions are horrible. Greens are almost unplayable due to the massive number of unrepaired ball marks. In the past the course was in good shape and an excellent place to sharpen the short game. It is a shame they are letting a valuable asset deteriorate. I did notice there are NO signs anywhere on the course urging players to fix ball marks.
