Great to walk, work short irons
18-hole Par 3 walking course w/ground bunkers & water (not a tree in your way anywhere). High cut on the fairway grass & all around, so keep an eye on where the ball missed the green on errant shots. Greens are in pretty bad shape -this is not a putting course, but in fairness, they've been aerated recently like most greens around Atlanta this time of year. 2hrs 10mins at leisurely pace; no waiting on the next tee; range has both mats & grass hitting areas. It's a regular of mine to quickly groove in what's wrong with my short sticks.
When the grass is cut, it's a great practice course for your short game.
Great practice course for the big course. Good practice for your short game.
Great place to practice pitch and putt at a reasonable rate
Great place to practice pitch and putt at a reasonable rate
Keep away as the Course is in terrible condition.
The Bermuda grass from Tee to Green, and even 3yds off the Green, is so thick that if you do not hit the Green on your Tee shot, there is a 50/50 chance you'll NOT find your ball. Just ridiculous!! I lost 5 balls and found 4 others. Since this Course is next to the Hooch, expect lots of unrepaired ball marks on the Green. Don't waste your time or money.
Perfect...for inexpensive par-3 course
Course was in excellent condition. Considering I paid $11 for 18 holes, there's almost no way I could complain about it. Pace of play was fast, greens and tee boxes were very decent. It's more fun than hitting a bucket of balls for that price!
A good warm up coarse
A nice quick round to work on my short game. Sand bunkers are missing sand. Otherwise, a tidy coarse.
Short Par-3, slowed down a lot with new golfers
A great little links par-3 course. Drop back a tee to make it more interesting. A few very new players slowed down the play a lot towards the end my round. If you did not hit the green you may hit mounds of clover.
Great For Short Game PRACTICE
This is well maintained but not groomed course in a field off the Chattahoochee River. It is a great place to practice and improve your short game. If you're looking for a beautiful par 3 to play "for real", try Chateau Elan.
Here are my comments with respect to this "practice" course:
POSITIVES - Variable length holes with well maintained grass and greens, Water in play on multiple holes, Not overly crowded with the fast players and slow players (several playing multiple balls) working together to not get in each others way, The staff was friendly, There's a driving range on site
NEGATIVES - A lot of the bunkers have little to no sand, Minimal elevation change (so no practice at that skill set)
Will I play here again?... not really... but I'll practice here and be very happy with what I get. With appropriate expectations, it's a great facility.
Went for practice
I went out there to hit my irons, so it served it's purpose. The greens are still very bumpy from being aerated. Made putting a non-factor and the overall experience a downer.
Great!!!
The course is open and has a good layout with nice hazards. The sand traps have no sand in them but the tee boxes, fairways, and greens are pretty nice, for the price!!! A great beginner to intermediate course, I play it about once a week to get good practice on my “medium” and short game. You really can’t beat it for the price. It is also lit at night, very nicely!
Good place to work on your game.
I have played this a few times before I had a good time every time. This time I took my wife for the first time. She is learning how to play, so I think this a good place to work to on your game. They green had been just aerated, but they were still nice. This grass between the tee and green was thick and I think it needed to be cut because it was hard to find your ball if you didn't hit the green. Overall great place to play a round. Remember to dress comfortably because it is a walking only course. Also bring your own cart if possible, because there rental cart gets heavy after a while.
Great location, easy booking a start time and the par 3 course provide a good under 3 hour walking course.

great relaxing golf course.
This is a great Golf course, i enjoyed the small rest areas they had available. The course was more of a challenge for me, a beginner, because the holes seemed close together. I enjoyed myself nonetheless.
A Duffers Par 3
Peachtree is simply a flat, low stress course that is easily walked and easily scored. Greens are fast, fairways are fluffy, and there's enough water and other hazards to keep it interesting. A great place to practice short irons with a purpose.
Good to work on your iron game
I play here at least once a week. It's a good place to go to really see the state of your game. The longest holes are 180-190yds. The shortest are 110yds. I bring my sand, gap and pitching wedges. I bring my 9, 8, 7, 6 irons. I do bring a putter, but I don't like to putt here... I will from time to time, but the greens are not true AT ALL. They have no "technology" to roll/compress the surface of the greens so your ball will bounce and jitter all over the place. And, when you chip/pitch, your ball will not react the way it will when you play firm/fast greens. Therefore, I don't typically like to pitch or chip here.
The greens are mostly small to moderately small. So, this is good for target practice. I also like to come here to work on my yardages and gaps.
I'm a better overall player on other courses because I come here to hit iron shots. For example, I played all 18 holes in 1hr 10minutes. I hit 18 tee shots all with very specific targets. You can't do this at a driving range...
I recommend coming here.
