Delta View Golf Course

Most of the wholes were designed by MacKenzie, but difficult to tell which ones for certain...due to upkeep. Give this course (fairways especially, though hadn't quite dried out from recent rains, and should still be cart path only....but isn't) some TLC and the layout would make it a joy to play. Teach the patrons to repair ball marks, put divot-mix cntrs on the carts,.....and get a marshal out there to speed up play, and I'd recommend it to anyone that wants a challenge (and not from length of holes). Will consider playing again, but will call first to see if any of the above improvements have been made or put into practice. Beautiful views, and very pleasant (country like setting).

We usually try to get one of the earliest tee times, if not, you will be looking at a 5-5 1/2 hour round. Marshalls are never around nor pressing the pace of play. Sad that the course is not well maintained considering the views of this place.

Very challenging course! Which I liked but several greens were filled with divets and debris that maintenance should fix very dry but that may be from the drought. I'd play here again with that being said.

Great value thanks to Golf Now. Like most CALIFORNIA courses the lack of water has been challenging. The facilities are needed a facelift.

This course represents an excellent value, when considering such factors as pace of play (generally better than average), course conditions and layout, and price (book on-line).

It's a challenging but fair layout that appeals to golfers of all levels. Greens can be tricky and fast from above the hole. Course conditions are more than adequate for the price (generally less than typical). Played in four hours mid day on a Saturday, to its got that going for it, too.

Strongly recommend.

This course is a great value. You get pretty high into the hills and can see all the way across the water but it can get a little windy up there too.

One complaint. Workers drove work vehicles over most greens, sometimes up to 6 tire tracks on greens. That certainly isn't necessary, is it?

A good day and course is in pretty good shape, a few rough greens but course is in good shape for the water problems. Bunkers are groomed but sand is shallow so splashing out is a concern. Price a good value. Pace a little slow. but Saturday morning tee times are unless you are at a premier course.

Its in great shape considering the drought and money accounted for to keep the course in check.Its not pristine,but its a great run that is challenging in every way and for the money its a steal .Sure there are things that could be different but then again they could charge twice as much to make that happen...so all in all its the best deal going for a course with the diverse terrain and captivating greens.

The course was in great shape. the weather was great the 2 guys I golf with were great. the only thing I was disappointed with was the guy in the club house did not tell me who I was playing with or did he announce who is up and who is next up. finally the 2 gentlemen I golfed with as me to join them.

1st time playing the course. Very nice layout but they have these yellow flags for foot golf or soccer golf so its very confusing in the beginning. The fairways are in very bad shape dead patches all over. Greens are nice roll true an can be hard to read. Dont expect to eat breakfast here our tee time was 830 we got there early but the cook doesn't show up that early .. i think its worth playing at least on time unless ur a golf snob.lol

Pro shop won't let us tee off early even if first tee box was open for 30 minutes before our tee time. Poor customer service. Lack of flexibility.

Should not be open unplayable conditions not worth the time!

An adventure to find, tucked away discretely in a neighborhood setting. Difficult to navigate the facilities upon arrival. Great pro shop service, young man on duty was courteous and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service.
The course is challenging. Short in yardage, but loaded with natural hazards and layout challenges. First timers beware! There's danger all over the place. Local knowledge definitely a bonus.
Conditions were fair. Drought conditions showing up in fairway brownouts and some rough surfaces. Need liberal "ground under repair" interpretation to offset random unplayable ball locations.
Greens showed wear from heavy play. Ball marks, burn spots, gouges in putting surface...they looked like they would benefit from some serious tlc. Fringes were shaggy and needed attention.
I paid $10 to play, including cart, so I wasn't expecting a five star experience. I wasn't disappointed, but I wasn't overwhelmed, either. its a good mid-level course. Short, but challenging. Tight, but rewarding to good shots. Hidden away, but worth the journey. I'll keep this one in my alternative options file.

Cool layout, short but fun. Plays difficult because of the wind. Greens run true,,,would be nice if players would repair ball marks,,,seems to be a problem everywhere.

Hardly any markers telling you distance. Very bad greens .. gauges in the greens . Just a bad experience

I enjoyed playing this course although the foresome ahead played sooo slow. The overall condition of the course was fairly good. Greens were pretty smooth and got quicker after a couple of hours in the sun. Greens (and fairways) in general were well soaked and in many places so soggy requiring a "casual water" drop. The uneven lies (all ways) was a great challenging element to playing Delta View. Aside from 2-3 holes that were not maintained to the same level as the rest of the course the condition of the golf course in this time of drought is well done. Will be back to play again.

A somewhat challenging course but in excellent condition and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Beautiful layout. Great experience.

The golf course is not bad for the price and is not bad for your golf parctice..i would come back here anytime for my game improvement...

I was very impressed with the condition of the putting greens, and the pace of play was good.
