Great shape
The course was in as good a shape as I've ever seen it. Hate to see it close in December.

The fairways are in great shape the greens are being worked on but still in pretty good condition I recommend this course anyone.

Work always going on!
The maintenance crew is always working on something, which is great, but when they drive across the fairway when you're in your backswing it is not that great! The senior crowd has little golf etiquette about letting faster players through and everyone needs to repair divots and ball marks. This course has the potential to be the best public course in Newnan!

Great potential!!
Played here today for first time. I loved the layout except for the road noise from Intersate 85. The course is suffering from drought conditions. Tees and fairways were hard. The Bentgrass greens were spotty, in fact, they had lost a few to the extreme heat. I would expect the greens to recover as temps decrease in the fall. Appears they need more golfers and money to bring the course back to a higher standard. I would play here again.

BAD
not a good place to play, Greens not good, Fairways many bad spots
We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with us. It has been a very hot and dry summer and we have been working very hard to keep everything in the best possible condition. Orchard hills is a good links
Orchard hills golf club is a pretty good course off highway 85. I played in tournament here and thought the course was in ok shape. A few greens were a little heat streesed but the Orchard hills maintaine crew is fixing and resolving the problem. The clubhouse is in good shape and they are adding a foot golf course! This course was a good challenge and enjoyable. 18 and 9 were enjoyable I also liked the short par 3's over water. Overall I thought the course was in good shape except for a few greens but like I said the course staff is aware of it.

Great Course
I have played here numerous times, and never get tired of playing this course. If you truly want to play a links style course, the Orchard Hills is the one to play. The only drawback that I saw was, some of the greens had some issues, but not to the degree that they couldn't be putted. Always a great challenge no matter the time of year you play.

The Hills
Course still rates as a top track great layout and challenging. There is some issues with a couple of the greens but I think the staff there will get them back soon. Other than that it is in great shape love playing there.

Wide Open & Good Condition
Played this course in July of 2016. Great fairways & greens (most of them). Actively noticed greens keepers maintaining conditions. Layout was wide open, good for my slices or hooks. Although it's wide open, their certainly are some challenging tee boxes from the blue tees. Go play this course! I'll be returning more in the future!

Challenging but fun
Challenging but rewarding course when played from the gold tees. Had a couple fivessomes in front of us that slowed us down a little.

We apologize for the slow play, we try to accommodate everyone and usually have a marshal riding around the course on the weekends to help move play along. never disappoints
orchard hills has been a staple for golf in the area of newnan . they always seem to have great greens. I will miss this course when its gone. staff is friendly. carts are newish. got a $24 golfnow hotdeal.
