3rd, par-4, 374 (blues): The fairway plays a bit uphill to this well guarded green. Water, hidden from view here, is to the left. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

4th, par-4, 435: Outstanding Al Zikorus-designed hole, featuring a rolling fairway and a green set upon a knoll. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

6th, par-5, 570. A long 5-par. It will be a three-shotter for almost everyone. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

7th: par-4, 370. Woodhaven is a strong test of driving. Here, the downhill tee shot is tight, the approach more routine. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

8th: par-3, 180. A tough tee shot faces you on this mid-range 3-par. Long is generally not good; left is worse. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

9th, par-4, 400. The finisher favors a tee shot aimed down the left-hand side of this fairway, which tilts a bit left-to-right. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/29/2022

Great time on a well kept course
The course was in great shape and we had a great time playing on a beautiful fall day..
Great Fall golf on a rainy Sunday
I arrived at Woodhaven at 9am for a 9:30 tee off - guess the weather scared off most of the early birds, as the parking lot was empty. 50 degrees and light drizzle for the first four holes, and while the fairways and greens were spongy in spots the course was in very good shape for this time of year. Actually fun to play on a completely empty course - no rush, played a few extra shots for practice and a good exercise walk. Most of the leaves were off the trees, and blown off the fairways. Still think this is a hidden gem among CT courses.
Beautiful fall day
The course was full but not crowded. The greens and fairways were in great shape. We played from the blue tee's. The rarely used # 4 blue tee box is a treat with a unique view of the course. It requires an accurate shot off the tee through a chute of trees, I highly recommend trying to play the hole from this tee box.
Tuff Greens
Don’t be above the hole. And when you are below the hole, make sure your putt gets there. Way to easy to leave uphill putts short. Our group left too many putts, short. Despite the greens the experience and the staff were great.
Course is in great shape, ready for fall golf
Woodhaven is a hidden gem in the woods. Always a pleasure to play here.
Great turnaround!
I played at Woodhaven in August and it was extremely brown in spots and the ponds were almost empty. It is all green now and the pond is full. Fairways and greens were are great shape. Kudos to the course staff for this great turnaround!
BREAT GOLF!
I try to play here1-2 times a month; it's a fun course.
Most of the 9 hole courses around here are "practice courses". Woodhaven is a real course, it's challenging, and very well maintained.
I recommend it highly.
HIDDEN TREASURE
I've played at Woodhaven quite a few times; I brought a few of my friends there also. We've always had a good time playing there. The course is well maintained and the staff is always very friendly. I've played other 9 hole courses, which are pretty much par 3 courses. Woodhaven is a REAL golf course. I recommend it highly, and will be coming back next week.
