Hole seventeen can be the source of disappointment if the tee ball doesn’t land in play, but it can also be a birdie hole when it does. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 04/30/2023

Course shape
Course shape was excellent, greens were in pretty good shape. overall a very pleasant experience, the cart paths were in very poor condition.
A Good Round
Overall good time pro shop attendant was very nice and helpful pace of play was never an issue the one thing some bunkers not much sand and hard but we’re gonna be worked on this year and the cart paths were very bumpy and mostly dirt and rutty but course was in very good shape and soft greens overall B plus to A minus
Perfect day to play
The play was slow. There were no open holes ahead of us, waited a couple minutes every hole especially on the par 3's. Did not see any rangers on the course. All in all not a big deal. The course was in great shape this early in the season. We will play there again.
Greens
Greens punched two days before we played. Still not horrible though. Probably should tell people when booking teetimes. I have played course many times always in great shape.
Hanging out with my friend!
Today was a good day to hang out with my best friend at the golf course. Timberland Golf Course in Berlin, Connecticut is one of the best golf course in Connecticut. They really take care of the tee box, fairways and the greens was really nice and the best one I’ve seen all year so far. The price we got at GolfNow was really good! If you or anyone come to Connecticut and love the game of golf. Make sure to check out GolfNow and play at Timberland golf course in Berlin, Connecticut. After you guys are done with your round. They have a beautiful restaurant and bar you can hang out with your friends and talk about how good or bad your game was! See you guys at the golf course!
Beautiful public golf that’s well maintained
Always enjoy the course conditions, layout and restaurant when playing here.
Beautiful course
First time playing here and really enjoyed it. The fairways and first cut of rough were good, the secondary rough was very hard to hit from as it was really packed hard soil with very little grass
Excellent
The only issue was the cart. The brake had to be depressed every time you took off. Or it would stick on.
This course a great layout
This course plays long, especially if you aren’t getting off the tee well, but there are also plenty of holes that make you think twice about taking driver. Trouble on some holes, fairway bunkers, and water. Overall, a great course and it tee to green in great condition.
Early Spring
The course is in very good shape for early spring.
The 3rd hole had a temp green.
They've cut down many trees opening sun light to various greens to help with growth.
For a holiday weekend it took a little less than 4 hours which is acceptable for a public course.
We'll be back.
Timberlin Wet Day
Back nine was closed and front was a soggy mess with one green also closed. Fun to get out but not worth the ride. Hope to make it out again with better circumstances.
Great day !
Played Timberlin again on Monday. Had a great time playing with 3 other golf nowers!!
Course was in great shape already !! Gonna be a great year for golf ⛳️
