The third, a dogleg left of 376, typifies most of the holes on this course: not long, but challenging in other ways. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

Seven ( # 3 index) seems like one of the best par-4’s in Connecticut. This photo doesn’t reveal just how tough it is to make a par here. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

Eleven is another great hole, its protected green seen here in the shadows. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/13/2022

The fourteenth green, at 560 yards, will take two Herculean shots to reach in two, but anything less may find its way into the small brook before it. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 07/22/2020

Norwich is a great course.
It’s in good condition for a public course, I also like the small details of the yardages on the sprinkler heads when my gps is being weird. Great course overall
Early Season Golf
Excellent staff, course is still under winter conditions.
Awesome links. Great course!
I really enjoy the course a lot because even the sprinklers have yardages on them. So when my phone gps is acting up on the course. I can rely on the course to have yardages all around my ball which is pretty cool and should be at more golf courses in CT. Awesome job guys!
Greens
Greens a little bumpy and slow. Early in the season . Course will be better. I know for sure.
Late winter golfing.
Not to bad for late winter golfing. The ground crew were working hard everywhere. Kudos to them for getting the course ready for play. Signs of winter and heavy rains made its mark. We will be back.
Snails Pace of Play
Perfect weather day to enjoy a fall round of golf. I don't play fast but like to play ready golf with my partner. We unfortunately got stuck behind two groups of inexperienced golfers. They rarely hit straight shots and would still hit multiple balls. They did not seem to care they were backing up the rest of the golfers on the course nor would let anyone play through. No course ranger available so we called the pro shop to complain but they did nothing. We finally skipped two holes on the back nine to get in front of them. The rest of the back nine was totally open from there.
By Myself
First time in a while I went out as a single. Lightening fast pace till 12 when I ran up on another single with a slow single in front of him. Little weird that I’d catch up to them unless they started on 10. Really jammed up by 16 but overall good pace. Course in great condition. Cart paths could use some repair. Always enjoy the course and today was no different.
Good deal
Played on a day they just finished a tournament. Conditions were good. Greens rolled true. Course was mostly empty so pace of play was whatever we decided it was. Good price = great value
My playing partner did notice they had an illegal cup position on hole 18 - only 2.5 paces from the edge
Nice Public Course
Enjoyable experience. Friendly staff. Good conditions. Pace of play was very good. The rate was very good with my Golf Now / Golf Pass booking. I’ve played here several times during the summer months. I’m a Florida resident the rest of the year. I do recommend this course.
