The course is in great shape. Greens run true but, they are not the easiest to read. 6000 yards and par 69 looks easy on paper but this course is a challenge. I'm a fan and will be back for sure. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience. If u haven't played before, make sure you do!
Wounded Coyote on course
Last 2 times I played the course I observed a coyote with a broken leg laying around. Can not figure out why the animal has not been picked up by the dep
Pequabuck
Well maintained course with some very interesting holes. Challenging but fair. Definitely recommend this course.
Prime Condition
Course is in great condition and the facilities and food are top notch.
Nice course.
Course was in really nice shape. Greens on the front ran faster than back nine but were in really good condition. Overall, I will definitely go back. Nice experience.
Need a ranger
Everything except pace of play was great. The group in front of us had 4 inexperienced players who had no idea about golf eddicate. They were hitting multiple shots, driving carts up to the fringe and just taking their sweet time. They tied up the whole golf course to the point the group behind us quit. Took that group 30 minutes to play the 11th hole. Took us 5 1/2 hours and if we were in front of them 3-3 1/2. Just a suggestion hire a ranger on heavy play days and this won't happen.
Club Pro couldn't care less
I have played this course three times. There have been periods of slow play during each round. The course has been of average to less than good during these rounds. I have booked my tee times through GolfNow. I noticed when we check in at the Pro shop they always put us with others who have booked through GolfNow. During one of the rounds, another golfer who frequents the club, mentioned the Pro was difficult with GolfNow bookers and went out of his way to overtly express his feelings. I did'nt think anything of it at that time. Well guess what. He was spot on. We booked a time to play today. Showed up at the course and was told we could not play because of a tournament. GolfNow was not called by the club. And of course, the Pro was not available because he was playing. No apologies from the teenagers handeling the desk or the Pro. The rumours are true the Pro does not care and goes out of his way to get the message accross to the public.
afternoon round
Good round for the price, weather wasn't great for about 5 holes but rain helped slow down dry areas. Always the back nine is more challenging & very picturesque. Would recommend if you haven't played before but not overly challenging for advanced player
Greens were aerated recently and were very slow and bumpy. We weren't notified before hand. Very slow group in front of us. Played this course before and was always very good before this time.
