Challenging but fair
The greens were in great shape. However there were a number of areas of dead grass that needs a little TLC.
Course was great
Ordered lunch for the turn on the app on the cart it makes you pay right on the app. Went in to pick it up and there was no one at the bar. Walked into the kitchen and the chef said the boss never give him the order. Went with chef to find boss and he was in another room on his cell phone never got off the phone to help me out I told the chef what I ordered and he made it for me the boss at no time tried to help me or to get off his phone. Poor customer service in the r restaurant by the boss chef was excellent in trying to help me out
Course Under Rapair
We used to play this course for work tournaments. It has since gone downhill. The grass was in tough shape. The greens were in decent shape. The tee boxes were in rough shape. I am continually disappointed by the amount of back and forth you need to do on the cart paths to reach tee boxes.
Fun course
Haven’t played here in awhile but don’t remember the conditions as bad as they were. I know we’re nearing the end of summer however some section (we played the back) were pretty bad. We still made the best of it and would play again.
Quarry Ridge opinion review on 8/21/22
Course was in good shape. Greens were still showing minor aeration marks that made putting a little inconsistent and that should improve going forward. Players need to fix their divots on the greens. Overall, a great challenging course. Staff was friendly and they offered beverages on the course during play.
Quarry Ridge Golf Course- August
Always a challenge. Many elevated tees and some challenging par 3's as well. Course would be quite tough to walk for older folks because of the hills. Greens were mildly punched but the rolls were only mildly effected. Overall nice conditions considering how dry it has been. Will be back for sure.
poor conditions
due to a recent drought, the course was not in great shape. many fairways were brown without grass in spots. this is unacceptable. what happened to the sprinklers. most courses i play are totally lush.
Course in beat up
Upsetting that a round takes 5 hours, cramming all the rounds in will cost them in the long run. Spacing out the tee times better will make it a better place to play. Well hopefully the new ownership takes this into consideration but I will not go back and it’s to bad because I live in town.
Quarry Ridge
I'm certainly no expert but I have worked 3 years at 2 courses. I've never seen anyone punch the greens at this time to the year. Grass grows better with cool nights and warm days. Like I said I'm no expert, just some experience
Other than that, enjoyed the course as usual. Oh also never saw the beer girl until we were leaving. Too bad on a very hot day.
Greens were terrible
The greens were punched and sanded the day I chose to to play. Every single green was full of holes and sand and some were wet. The three of these combined made for extremely inconsistent putting and made it frustrating to play the game. I’ve played this course before and I liked it, but this level of maintenance is unacceptable.
The course is torn up,dried up.
Tbox grass is taller than rough.no water on course for players. Mushrooms growing on fairway!
Paid thru golf now, no mention that greens were airrated and covered in sand forget putting! .was told at course back 9 was closed but not told the front was unplayable due to recent airration . Grass plugs were piled all around the edge of greens. CHARGING PEOPLE TO PLAY THERE????? TERRIBLE
Challenging course
A very challenging course. A lot of hills and narrow fairways. Fairways in decent conditions considering the drought but green were excellent.
Lost Luster
Haven’t played here in a bit so I was a bit surprised at the conditions. This used to be a lush course but now not so much. Lots of areas where there were washouts and burn spots. Only saving grace were the greens which were in great shape. Can find better places to play for the price and really hope they can bring it back.
