Really like playing here.... Course is kept well .... staff is great... always a freindly Cart Girl and the restaurant is excellent

Always enjoy Southington, Country, Club the pro shop staff are friendly the golf course is always very well taken care of by the maintenance crew, the starter, the restaurant, the food and enjoyable day of good cough and good food. Thank you, Southington, Country, Club.

The course was in great shape. Pace of play excellent. 18 in 3 hrs 45 min.

Course is in pretty good shape. Rough is penalizing, but not impossible.

Greens had some debris but not a lot.

Sunday pins - some were tough and some were down right impossible. One pin location on the back 9 is borderline illegal.

The back 9 tavern is outstanding. Great spot on its own and before/after a round.

This was a spur-of-the-moment booking via GolfNow for my co-worker and I, having a rare Sunday free to play 18. Plenty of variety on both the front and back 9, accuracy is key to keeping in the fairways - otherwise, you're hitting out of Agusta-length rough. Weather was overcast, with light rain and mist/fog - fairways and greens are well-maintained, whereas long rough was wet making for some challenging shots. Lots of pitched greens, with interesting hole placements resulting in 3 putts. Course is bordered by residential neighborhoods, only a few backyard mis-hits. Course was busy, and a few times felt rushed but not excessively so. Finished in 5 hours.

Course was in awesome shape. Staff, as usual, was friendly and accommodating! Even the sand in the bunkers was soft ( hit into too many !!)

I fell in love with ,Southington country club in 2007,, and have been playing there ever since. I recommend giving this course a try.

As always another enjoyable day of golf at Southington Country Club !!!

Very nice opening weekend. They had a Stater keeping everything on time. A Marshall keeping everyone on pace.
Cart Path Only. But they did a very goof job.

Course well maintained, most holes are different in nature. Course has variety of hills and flat holes. Greens Putt true and are relatively fast. Worst part ranger doesn't enforce speed of play. Our round took 4 hours and 40 minutes not bad but not good either. I will come back again.

First 4some out at 6am informed had ( we did tee off 6:15) to be off by 10:00 because of a tournament. No problem but at 8th hole at 7:55 the pro came up and told us we were 15 minutes behind pick up the pace. With out holding anyone up. Well let me tell you the 4 of us were in the parking lot loading our cars at 9:40. 3 hours 25 minutes. Just don’t understand why he did that.

Good course. Starter said the greens were running fast but it was quite the opposite. Good condition though!

My two GOLFNOW unknown friends cancelled so I was a single golfer today. I had a blast playing the back nine twice from 7:30 to 9:30!!!!! 2 hour round for 18 holes !!! Course was in phenomenal shape as always. Staff is super cordial.
