Hooper's Landing Golf Course
About
Hooper's Landing Golf Course (formerly known as "Seaford Golf & Country Club") sprawls across more than 200 acres of gently rolling terrain. Constructed in 1949, the course has a classic design that is accessible for players of all skill levels. There are some tight holes that will make you think twice before pulling out the driver but they are nicely balanced by some wide-open holes where you can grip it and rip it. Though the golf course is relatively short at 6,725 yards from the back tees, the small, well bunkered greens offer plenty of challenges. The approaches to the greens demand accuracy, which will be further tested by water hazards and trees. Hooper's Landing Golf Course begins with a tricky dogleg right, a par 4 with a green that is not only heavily guarded by bunkers but it also sits above the fairway.

Inconsistent!
The coarse layout is nice..But the Rough is Way!!!! to inconsistent,There must be 4 different types of rough grasses and its so darn hard to get a feel of how hard or soft to swing,They need to keep the grasses and rough cut on a consistent basis. The greens were really!! fast also..just barely tap it and goes 6 feet buy if you miss, wow,I couldn't get the feel at all
Hidden Gem
Excellent condition, not an easy layout but playable. Very enjoyable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Tuff play
I've played this course many many times. And I can't believe I came back for more abuse. The trees that line the fairways are 100 years old. They need to be trimmed back to allow some movement in ball flight. It can be trouble from the first shot on. Fairways are Brown and rough makes it hard to find your ball.

Greens are starting to come back around, fairways beautiful, tee boxes are a bit worn. Would love for the course to have paved or even gravel cart paths. No cart girl which is a bummer. But overall good quality course!
Interesting layout
Part of this course is on one side of a road from some of the other holes. The fairways were in good shape, but some of the greens could use some care. Overall a fun course to play., with doglegs and water hazards.
Good course
Good course but should not use black flags for pin placements, too hard to see. Should go with red, white and blue as outer courses.
Good round on a nice playable course.
The course was in good condition considering the heavy rain the night before. Very unusual layout but signage and guidance from starter were very clear.
Nice Day
We enjoyed playing at this course. It was challenging enough for both of us (different abilities), and course was in good shape.
Thirsty
The overall condition of the course was OK Felt rushed the entire time playing golf. You do not want beverages brought from outside of the course however the person serving refreshments rode by us two times and never stopped. Then they were across the street sitting by a hole and never even approached us or said anything to us. They were more worried about playing on their phone.
Back to Hoopers
I was really impressed about the amount that they are putting into the place. Fairways coming in nicely we had one in our party caught in Bridge traffic they were great about letting others tee off ahead of us. Our final person got there on hole 2 and we went back and played 1-2 after round
