Great course for price
Ties is discount day,
Course was in very good shape
Green tough to read
Played wrong green on 16, be careful green is on left
Condition was very good. A must play if you are in this area.
Friendly staff, pace of play was good and course was in good shape. Nice course layout.
First time played at Maple Ridge....checked in with who presented himself as the starter but the staff had some lack of communication and the actual "starter" berated us in the middle of the course. That was fun! Course was very nice. We had a 11 tee time so pace of play was excellent.
thank you for playing with us and taking the time to send us a review. we value your feedback and appreciate your kind words! we look forward to your next round with us.
until then, take care!

This course is advertised as one of the best in the area, but does not live up to the hype. They clearly neglect maintenance, especially in the bunkers. Most of the bunkers are not routinely raked, with many filled with debris. Even the local munis care for their bunkers. I found the greens almost unplayable, with many bumps and bare patches. Although they require tee times, it is evident that many people simply walk on to the course, slowing up play. Their starter should be stationed across the street, at the first tee, instead of outside the clubhouse.
Stopped to play this course on my way to PCB. Course is in overall good condition with the exception of a few tee boxes and greens. A few of the greens had some bare spots but nothing too troubling but they rolled very true and very fast. A few tee boxes needed some TLC but again nothing that was horrible or effected teeing it up. The layout of this course is very nice, some challenging holes and some easy holes. My only "complaint" would be is that there are no holes descriptions/pictures in the scorecard or in the tee markers which made it a guessing game on several holes as to what was in front of you from the tee box and even on several approach. I was basically playing the holes blind having not played before. I would recommend this course if you are in the area and I would play it again given the opportunity.

I joined a co-worker for a round at Maple Ridge. Second time I played here. The course was in great condition and the staff friendly.
Very nice course!
Booked a round for a threesome and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this course flowed. Felt a little long (only a description, not a critique!). Can recall 2 or 3 greens with minor issues, but they still rolled quickly nonetheless. Very fun course. Just wished I'd posted a better score. Pace of play was brisk! Would have given POP a 5 star but we had one really slow player that caused us to lag. We were caught by 2 teenage walkers for the love of ....
For the money, can't beat it for the money. Great, friendly staff and pace of play is marshalled very well. The course is a little beat up from a rainy winter, good bones and feel like if I play in summer, it has the potential for a better review.
A Nice Course
I always enjoy playing Maple Ridge. You can tell they really care about golf and golfers. The course is well-maintained. I was a little disappointed seeing they way many members abused the course. The course rules were cart path and rough only. However, everyone was driving their carts all over the fairways, even up to the greens. I noticed that the bunkers were filled with old footprints and divots. It looked like very few members actually take time to rake. The staff can only do so much. It is up to the players to do their part to maintain the course.
Thank you for taking the time to review us on GolfAdvisor! We appreciate you playing at Maple Ridge and look forward to your return!
A consistently great place to play
This course is consistently in great shape. I book teetimes here regularly and the staff is always very nice and accommodating. The practice facilities are excellent as well.
It is a short course however the layout is challenging and the greens can be tricky.

Love this track!
Would have given 5 stars but the greens had recently been plugged. Staff was fantastic and I loved the layout. Excellent experience on a very hot day.
Thank you for playing Maple Ridge Golf Club! Come back and play when the greens are back in shape so you can give us 5 stars!
What an awesome golf course. All kinds of elevation, twists, and turns. In great condition and in a beautiful setting.. If I lived in this area I''d be playing as often as possible.
Fun to Play
Even though the green had been aerated I found the course very pleasurable to play. The variation of short scoring holes and challenging par 4's was wonderful. Can't wait to play it again when the greens are at their best.
Maple Ridge Golf Club
My husband, son and I played the course while visiting the Columbus area. We really enjoyed the course - several water features and sloped greens. Well maintained, courteous staff and friendly club members made it an enjoyable afternoon. Would recommend the course to family and friends. Nice driving range on grass.
This course is a beautiful course. The front nine offers wide open fairways, two breath taking elevated par three's, and fairly flat holes. The back nine offers quite the opposite with narrower tee shots, up and down holes, and still having two over the water par three's. The main challenge in the course come when you take that first step onto the greens. The greens give you speeds of fast or faster. From chipping onto the green or putting down hill, you will experience a soft birdie put turn into a devastating double bogey. This challenge is what makes Maple Ridge fun.
Nice course, challenging greens
Beautiful course, fairways are great. The second shot is where the scoring can get away. Greens are fast and deceptive with certain pin placements.
