Slow play and pocked up greens
We arrived to no carts available. About 20 minutes after our tee time, they were able to secure us a cart. They have a very nice range and putting area. The pro shop staff is very friendly and so is the grill staff. Fairways and tee boxes were in pretty good shape. My main disappointments were pace of play and green condition. The greens were pretty fast but they looked pretty beat up - ball marks all over and a lot of spike marks. Clearly not the courses fault, but they should train people how to fix a ball mark. Also, starting 30 minutes or so after the next group, we caught up on #4. From that point on, we played at a 4.5 hour pace.

Great shape greens were in great shape the only flaw is that some golfers don’t fix the divots in the greens other than that great course too bad they will be closing the front 9

The greens was just different speeds. And it doesn’t look like no one fixes there Divet. Great course and fairways in great shape.

Second time playing
I played the course first time last January in cold and rain. This is my second time and the course is in good shape, the back nine is tougher than the front. 18 is a challenge, just missed the green in regulation behind the right bunker and still managed to double it. I'll play again having learned more about the course layout.

Overall good layout
Nice course all around, tee to green. Greens are in amazing shape. There faat. They gokd. They jeep there line. Greens are magnificent. My only complaint is staff freandliness

Summit Chase Golf Outing
Great course, although a little pricey at $45. But it is a very good course. Most greens were immaculate, true and consistent-fairways were very good. Will definitely go back and will certainly recommend to friends.

Not worth the money
The greens were horrendous. They just aerated But there was no notice to give me a heads up.

Great Course We enjoyed everything the greens were fast you had to stay below the hole if you wanted a decent score overall my buddies also enjoyed it as well it was there first time out there and it whip all our butts But we’ll all be back.also we hope they keep all 18 holes

Just Average
Was pretty excited to play this course for $45 on a Sunday. It was a letdown from a course conditions standpoint. Fairways barely have grass. Course is pretty bland with most holes dead straight. There are a few tight fairways and multiple bunkers around the greens to make it challenging. We got out at 10am and played in 4 hours, which was great. I’m guessing the church crowd hadnt made it out yet because by the time we finished at 2p course was overcrowded. Staff was very polite. Now issues there. Doesn’t seem worth the 45 minute drive from Buckhead, however. I’ll stick with Cherokee Run or Ashton hill for similar prices and much better conditions.

Good shape
Course was in good shape overall , fairways still had a little crabgrass probably from all the rain we had earlier In the year abd could not get properly treat the fairways. Greens were fast as always and very good shape.

The course was in great conditions the greens were fast and roll true fairways were in good shape also two tee boxes as well I would recommend this course.

Nice course
I have lived in the Dekalb/Gwinnett area all my life and finally played this course. It is an old style course with subtle breaks in the greens, not the monster breaks and ridges in newer courses. Despite all the rain we've had, the greens were hard and running fast. Not lightning fast but fast. The fairways were not in great shape as it was still winter and there was a lot of crab grass. I was in 2 sand traps but both had plenty of sand and were well groomed. The staff was friendly and courteous and gave my twosome 2 carts due to social distancing.
