Tee boxes weren't flat on most of the holes, the rough wasn't maintained very well and was really sandy in many spots. The greens in good shape.

Peachy day in GA
The day before I was warned that the greens were fast at Country Oaks. They were right. About 1/3 of the greens had large spots without grass, but the pins were not in those areas.
The course held up to recent rains, only one hole was sloppy wet. There were a few fairways without much grass. Spring should correct that.
I enjoyed the layout, even the holes that criss-crossed one another. There were a couple of holes that par was not obtainable even playing well and a couple of holes that allowed birdie opportunities.
Overall, it was a nice track to play.
Great find!
Nice course that is challenging but not kick you in the !#$% if you're not a big hitter. Highly recommend but it was very busy the day I played so would not recommend for beginners unless the course is slow that day.
Fun but challenging course to play.
Enjoyed the curse though I did not play well. Pin placements were brutal but overall the course was on great shape.
Good course
Greens on front 9 were little rough. Back greens were very good. Fun course though. Challenging drives and hole placement that I liked. Played 2 days in a row and would play a 3rd if I wasn’t working.
Greens could use some work
The man in the pro shop was very friendly and helpful. As it was my first time playing this course I had questions about where to go and he was very happy to help.
I enjoyed the course layout. A fair amount of straight shots and doglegs each way as well as some scenic par 3s. The fairways and tee boxes were in good shape. However, I was very disappointed in the conditions of the greens, especially for what I paid to play. Some of them were more dirt than grass and putting through that is frustrating. Overall I enjoyed the round, but likely will travel go back until I hear that the greens have improved.
Nice course BUT
I play this course regularly. Friedly staff but lately the golf carts are not clean. From trash left by previous golfers to dirty seats. I don't need them pristine. But a little wipe down would be nice.
Challenging course, pretty views, fun
Nice course, some wet areas. Greens are challenging but some of the greens could be better. Still it is a good course overall.
Course condition has been deteriorating.
I travel from Tallahassee to play the course. I have played it 6 to 8 times over the last six months. It remains a good value for the money, but I have to say that the course conditions are growing poorer. The greens have more dirt and sand than grass, the bunkers are in horrible shape with water or muddy soil (very little, if any white sand ) and there’s a great deal of hardpacked roots and clay on both orders of the fairways. It may be a seasonal thing, but I’m going to need to see some improvements to continue to return.
Excellent value, fun course
Overall, I love the course, however I found the greens to be very fast and difficult.
Nice course, challenging yet friendly.
I enjoyed the course and hope to return during the season since being March fairways and greens were not really ready. Grass needed to grow out for better lies and truer greens. I did like the layout of the course with many challenging holes and a nice scenic course. I would definitely return and play this course again.
Course needs TLC
My overall experience was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Being in winter and experiencing a lot of rain the past few weeks, the course was very sloppy which is understandable but there were widespread areas of hard pan not far off the fairways and I think payed a lot of difficult lies or even at times I just pick up my ball and moved it to a patch of playable surface which would be several yards away. I guess I should hit mor fairways. Lol. I’d definitely go back when conditions are dry
