The Landings Golf Club - Trestle/Bluff

I found the course in better shape than the last time I played it. It is still under repair which made some of the holes less pleasing, but I expect that it will be better when the work is done. The greens were excellent and challenging.

Course is shaping up. They are putting i. A lot of work and doing a good job.

Very challenging course. Greens are very fast. Played two days.

Under new management. They will have in prestige condition soon.

Course was in great shape and the course played great but the groups in front of us were very slow.

Thank god for the golfnow app, as a college student where I play is based around the price abs with the golfnow app and the overall quality of the course this is by far the best place to go.

The course has a great layout but is in awful condition. Fairways are hard as a rock and full of weeds.

Greens are in exellent shape! Fairways are starting to come in but have a long ways to go. With the exception of being behind a sevensome yes sevensome it was an average experience.

The course was not in very good condition but the biggest problem was the bugs When on the greens it was difficult to see or think about golf with bugs in your eyes and ears. On the rest of the course I felt like I was being eaten alive. Two days later I am still covered with welts and bites.

This is a very nice golf club. The cart paths are the only drawback. A little bumpy but mostly avoidable. 8 years after a recession causes things like this. Lack of revenue... The golf course itself, was in very good condition. the greens were a little (only a little (maybe 8.5 on stemp) ) slow but true, But then I've been up north where they are all bent. Very few weeds anywhere cept the rough. That's the way it's supposed to be. There should be a premium for being in the fairway and on the green.
All the staff were excellent!! Very nice and friendly. Really nice practice area, too.
Over all, I give it 4.8 stars.

First time playing the course and the greens rolled very true. The course layout definitely presents a challenge and I like that. Looking forward to returning. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant.

This course is probably one of my favorites in Middle Georgia. It's in really good condition with greens that are pretty fast but true. You absolutely cannot beat the deals GolfNow has for this course. If you're looking at paying under $20 to play here, snatch it up right away because it's well worth it. The course does play a little long, and #14 is an absolute monstrosity. When I stopped at the turn, the lady in the clubhouse told me, "Wait until you get to 14." I asked why, and she just said, "I can't even explain it. You'll see." Yeah, I did, and 5 golf balls and a few tears later, I felt obliterated. But really, it's a beautiful course and a lot of fun.

Course in excellent condition with the exception of a few tee boxes. Greens superb. Price was very reasonable.

First time playing in awhile and was easy enough I still had fun;however, challenging enough it made me think and be creative at times. Didn't get all 18 holes in due to weather. Can't wait until my next round here.

Played this course for the first time in several years and it has lost a little bit of luster. It was still a good value for we played for on a Saturday, but needs a little bit more TLC. Still has some tough long holes.

The course has made small improvements on its road to recovery from financial problems. The greens were in excellent shape. The fairways were struggling to deal with recent rain water. There appears to be no drainage on most of the course and water puddles were everywhere. Most of the sand bunkers contained standing water. Recent rains have been substantial but I played a nearby course, in the rain, on Saturday and did not have the same soggy conditions.
The trestle bridge is looking a little scary and in need of repair in the very near future. The bathrooms on the course are at least open after being boarded closed earlier in the season.
The color section for the standard white tee boxes(green right now) is very interesting.
Overall the course remains a challenging layout with outstanding potential. While recent changes are netting positive results more work is needed.
