Course was in good condition. Food was good. Gentleman in pro shop was extremely helpful and courteous.

Course was in excellent shape. Greens were rolling great. It was nicely mowed. Cart paths have been rocked and had a few new ones. Preparations were being made to host IHSA REGIONAL TOURNAMENT next week.

Back half of course is my fav with all the mature trees. Very peaceful. Had a great experience. Will golf there again.

You won't find a better course in the area. Friendly staff. Great food in the restaurant.

Overall this course is a great value for the money. The greens are good but pretty slow. The fairways are good but some of the rough grass is spotty but it doesn’t affect play. I like this course.

Well worth my travel from St. Louis… This course was truly worth the money the staff was amazing very friendly atmosphere. The course was in great shape(greens), fairways could use a bit of attention on a few holes but overall a great round of golf in a serene country environment. I would travel to play here again for sure. SUPER LUXURIOUS SEATS on the carts!!!

Many things have changed since the legendary Tom Wargo graced these grounds. New owners have done an amazing job adding fine dining and an event center to broaden this courses usage. It’s early in the golf season but the greens were rolling just fine. A little slow for my liking but very playable. Workers were busy mowing were they could. Heavy rains in recent days made their job difficult. Of course the sand traps aren’t ready yet , but hey your not supposed to be in there haha! Great time and great people. A very enjoyable day!

THE best course around for the money. I live in STL and made the drive on a whim. TOTALLY worth it. I am very picky and this course was in better shape than any course in the STL area. I will go back. It is well worth the little of 1 hour drive. I highly recommend this course.

This is definitely my GoTo course. Reasonably priced. The grounds are nice. Fairways and greens are well maintained. They are constantly making improvements. You better bring your A Game if you want to carry the water off the tee on the 9th, oh and watch out for Devil's Corner and the water around the 18th green. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Fairways Restaurant is excellent! I recommend "The Birdie". It won't disappoint. Overall very good experience.

Enjoyed the course, no two holes the same, dog legs left and right, nice water hazards and bunkers.
Really liked the golf carts, very comfortable, and liked the fact that they were solar power assisted.
Staff was very friendly, food was very good, stayed and ate the fried chicken special.

I anticipated this course to be flat with trees, relatively easy. Very green, slow, wet greens. Great surprise to find many challenges, resulting in fun time.

This place is great! They are under new ownership and they have done fantastic things to the course and the club house. The staff was very friendly and the course is always in amazing shape! Highly recommend playing there!
