Always a great time when we golf here. Have probably done most of my golfing here.
Enjoyed this course!
This was my 1st time at Inwood. The value ($46 for 18-holes plus a cart) was pretty solid. The staff said it was an $8 off the non-resident rate. Some of the holes are pretty tight so beware of golfers spraying their shots into your hole/fairway. Greens were in great shape. Pace of play wasn't great but adequate to be done in 4.5 hours. Pro shop and bar staff were very nice. Will definitely return.
Great Muni
Great golf for the money. If you play fast get out early in the morning and you can get done fast. Like 5:30 am is the best. Guys in the pro shop are very friendly and like to help when asked a question. Course is very good, don't let the yardage fool you. There are only about five holes that are straight. Come out and play it and see what I mean, you won't be disappointed. Greens are small and in real good shape.
fun course
Looks much easier than it is. Many places to get in trouble. Be careful. Great value, especially when using Tee Times.
Good old Inwood
Just like Old Faithful, Inwood is there. Staff was just as happy to see the weather as I was. You can't go wrong by picking this course.
This course was in great shape the Fall leaves was not a problem
This course is maintained for fair play some of the greens are small which makes it a fun. I recommend this course for all levels of handicaps.
Inwood on Golfnow
Excellent value for the money we paid. We have played this course about 10 times and this was definitely the best value for the money. Course was in great shape and will definitely be going back. Nothing negative to say about this course. Great Job by the Park District with the upkeep.
Play moved along fairly rapidly during this autumn day.
The course wasn't as crowded as I found it when I played there a few years ago during the summer months. The only trouble I had with the course setup was the holes were cut on portions of the green that had too much break for medium high handicappers like myself.
The staff was very friendly.

Played on 9/29/13 and had a very nice day.Course sure has changed since I played a long time ago.Some very nice changes to a old cousre here in Joliet.
mostlyl long par fours that are very challenging.

Good course with some challanging holes!
Have played this course many times, is a busy place so it takes above average time to play a round of golf!!
Couple tough pin placements.
Front nine played very quickly for 7:30ish tee time. Back nine slowed due to groups jumping on the back due to the wait on the first tee. Course in great shape. Greens were mot holding, maybe needed H2O.
