Broken Arrow Golf Club - North/South
About
Located just 40 miles southwest of Chicago's Loop, Broken Arrow Golf Club is one of the most popular golfing facilities in the area. The club offers 27 holes of championship golf, divided into three unique nines that offer different challenges and scenery. The golf courses: East, North, and South, are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The North/South is the most scenic of the courses. The North is especially beautiful, but it also has another distinction. It is the only course in the Midwest with a dual-green concept. The design allows golfers to control the difficulty of the course by offering the option to play to either of the two flags on each hole. The club's former use as a farm is evident on the South nine where the original farmhouse and silo can be seen from the first tee box.

Good course for a nice day
The course was in OK shape the greens were kind of slow. The sand traps were not sand, but dirt in the cart paths had a lot of potholes and were very bumpy. Besides that the course is very nice challenging, and a beautiful layout and could be a 10 star course, if it was taken care of.
Excellent Links course
Was not impressed with the club house or practice facility, but the course itself was just great. Excellent fairways, for the most part level tee boxes, huge greens that were very very nice.
Drawbacks were it was in a condo, apt, housing development and no GPS.
Played the Blue tees of South and East 6,600 yards was a lot to deal with in the wet and windy conditions.
Pace of Play
I’ve played Broken Arrow multiple times hoping it would get better, but unfortunately it has not. This most recent time the greens were as thick as carpet, but was worse was that there was a bachelor party of 12 guys holding pace of play, and the rangers did not do anything to speed it up. For the price there are better courses.
